Tổng phương sai trích (Cumulative) =61.106%>50% (đạt yêu cầu)

Biến DU4 có hệ số tải nhân tố <0.5 (chưa đạt yêu cầu). Do đó ta loại bỏ biến này để phân tích tiếp.

Như vậy, sau lần chạy FTA thứ 8, còn lại 4 nhân tố với 16 biến được coi là có sự tác động đến sự hài lòng của người bệnh đối với chất lượng dịch vụ khám chữa bệnh tại bệnh viện Điều dưỡng và phục hồi chức năng Hải Dương.
