các nghiên cứu thực nghiệm sau có mở rộng được các cơ chế đặc thù của ngành ngân hàng Việt Nam trong tương quan đối với sự chuyển động của TTCK phản ánh thông qua SMV.

Thứ ba, các nghiên cứu sau có thể mở rộng phương pháp và mô hình nghiên cứu tác giả đã thực hiện để nhằm so sánh các kết quả ước lượng và phát hiện các nhân tố khác mang tính chất đặc thù và riêng có của từng thị trường có tác động đến SMV- hiệu quả - rủi ro thông qua các bối cảnh thị trường khác của các quốc gia có đặc điểm tương đồng với Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên, khi thực hiện nghiên cứu theo đề xuất này, các nghiên cứu sau cần chú ý xem xét đến các đặc điểm không đồng nhất giữa các quốc gia (heterogeneous country) có liên quan đến rủi ro vì thước đo biến động tỷ suất sinh lợi thị trường SMV cần được tính toán từ phần biến động có hệ thống (beta-volatility) và phần rủi ro đặc thù của quốc gia (country-specific risk). Theo đó, yếu tố khác biệt của các thị trường không thể chỉ đơn giản thêm các biến số vĩ mô đóng vai trò là biến kiểm soát trong các mô hình thực nghiệm.
