Xin chào Anh / Chị. Tôi tên là Nguyễn Thị Thùy Dung – Học viên Cao học K20

– Khoa Quản trị Kinh doanh – ĐH Kinh tế Tp.HCM. Xin chân thành cảm ơn Anh / Chị đã tham gia buổi thảo luận hôm nay.

Hiện nay, tôi đang làm luận văn thạc sĩ kinh tế với đề tài nghiên cứu về “Ảnh hưởng của việc thực hiện trách nhiệm xã hội đến cam kết với tổ chức của nhân viên các ngân hàng thương mại cổ phần trên địa bàn Tp .HCM”. Tôi rất vui mừng được thảo luận với các Anh / Chị về vấn đề này . Mọi ý kiến của Anh / Chị đều được ghi nhận và giúp ích cho tôi trong quá trình nghiên cứu.

Phần chính của cuộc thảo luận

Nội dung của buổi thảo luận ngày hôm nay sẽ bao gồm bốn phần chính:

- Trách nhiệm của ngân hàng hướng đến các bên liên quan mang tính xã hội và phi xã hội.

- Trách nhiệm của ngân hàng hướng đến người lao động

- Trách nhiệm của ngân hàng hướng đến khách hàng

- Trách nhiệm của ngân hàng đối với chính phủ, cơ quan công quyền.

Anh / Chị đã từng nghe về khái niệm trách nhiệm xã hội của doanh nghiệ p chưa?Nếu có , Anh/ Chị vui lòng cho tôi biết Anh / Chị hiểu thế nào là 1 doanh nghiệp có trách trách nhiệm với xã hội?Trách nhiệm xã hội của doanh nghiệp là gì?

Cảm ơn Anh / Chị đã cho ý kiến về khái niệm trách nhiệm xã hội. Với một số người, có lẽ khái niệm Trách nhiệm xã hội của doanh nghiệp còn là một khái niệm mới, chưa thực sự phổ biến tại Việt Nam . Do đó, để bắt đầu buổi thảo luận , tôi xin


tóm tắt và thống nhất một số khái n iệm liên quan đến vấn đề trách nhiệm xã hội của doanh nghiệp như sau:

- Vậy,trách nhiệm xã hội của doanh nghiệp là gì? Có rất nhiều khái niệm khác nhau về khái niệm trách nhiệm xã hội , tuy nhiên, một cách tổng quát, ta có thể hiểu một doanh nghiệp có trách nhiệm với xã hội là một doanh nghiệp có ý thức bảo vệ môi trường tự nhiên , hành xử, vận hành một cách có trách nhiệm, đạo đức với xã hội nói chung và với các bên liên quan.

- Các bên liên quan ở đây được hiểu là bất kỳ cá nhân hoặc nhóm nào có thể ảnh hưởng đến hoặc chịu ảnh hưởng từ việc đạt được mục tiêu của tổ chức” . Trong đó , các bên liên quan chính bao gồm khách hàng , người lao động , cộng đồng địa phương, cổ đông.


1. Trách nhiệm của ngân hàng đối với các bên liên quan mang tính xã hội và phi xã hội

Câu hỏi mở để khám phá

Các bên liên quan xã hội và phi xã hội bao gồm xã hội nói chung , môi trường tự nhiên, thế hệ tương lai và các tổ chức phi chính phủ . Các bên liên quan này được nhóm chung với nhau vì những điểm chung giữa chúng . Chẳng hạn , việc bảo vệ môi trường tự nhiên không chỉ quan trọng đối với thế hệ hiện tại, mà còn quan trọng cho thế hệ tương lại . Thay mặt cho những bên liên quan thầm lặng này , các tổ chức phi chính phủ hoạt động vì mục tiêu bảo vệ môi trường và mong chờ sự hỗ trợ của doanh nghiệp. Theo đó, bảo vệ môi trường có thể xem là một điểm chung của tất cả các bên liên quan trên.

Ngân hàng mà Anh / Chị đang làm việc có tham gia vào các hoạt động bảo vệ môi trường không? Ngân hàng mà Anh/ Chị đang làm việc có tổ chức hoặc tham gia các hoạt động hỗ trợ cộng đồng (từ thiện, sức khỏe, giáo dục,…) không? Anh / Chị thấy rằng ngân hàng mình có quan tâm đến thế hệ tương lai không ?Nếu có, hãy cho chúng tôi biết một số hoạt động cụ thể của ngân hàng.
