Mẫu đơn đăng ký
Chứng nhận doanh nghiệp xã hội
Mẫu đơn này được chia thành bốn phần: 1. thông tin xử lý ứng dụng, 2. ứng dụng công ty / tổ chức thông tin cơ bản; 3. "Trung Quốc doanh nghiệp xã hội chứng nhận doanh nghiệp" ứng dụng điều kiện cơ bản; 4. tuyên bố.
"Chứng nhận doanh nghiệp xã hội" chào đón các công ty và tổ chức có tầm nhìn và mục tiêu để giải quyết các vấn đề xã hội khác nhau. Trước khi nộp đơn, vui lòng đọc kỹ “ Hướng dẫn chứng nhận doanh nghiệp xã hội từ thiện Trung Quốc (2017) ” và đảm bảo rằng công ty / tổ chức của bạn đáp ứng các điều kiện cơ bản để đăng ký “ Hướng dẫn chứng nhận doanh nghiệp xã hội từ thiện Trung Quốc(2017) ”.
