Cách viết thư chào hàng thụ động:

Phần mở đầu: cảm ơn khách hàng đã gửi thư hỏi hàng đến công ty mình.

Phần nội dung chính của thư: Trả lời những câu hỏi của người nhập khẩu. Gửi cho họ Catalog, hàng mẫu, biểu giá, thời hạn giao hàng, phương thức thanh toán, điều kiện giảm giá.

Phần kết: mong đợi sự trả lời của khách hàng và hứa hẹn.

Cách viết thư chào hàng chủ động:

Phần mở đầu: trình bày nguyên nhân lựa chọn đối tượng của mình.

Phần nội dung chính: Tự giới thiệu về công ty của mình và các mặt hàng của mình sản xuất kinh doanh. Thư chào hàng cũng có thể gửi kèm theo catalog, hàng mẫu, bảng giá và các điều kiện mà mình mong muốn để bán hàng.

Phần cuối thư: mong sớm có thư trả lời.
