1. Provide the appropriate process of credit approval for small and medium enterprises in accordance with the pracrical circumstance at Agribank. Throughout this process, Agribank will enhance its strength and the outstanding issues with regard to credit grantting for them will be completely solved. Two new points of view in the dissertation will be discussed, which are bringing marketing along with credit process and cross-selling that can improve the quantity as well as the quality of credit approval towards Agribank’s partners.
2. Credit analysis for small and medium enterprises
In spite of the very traditional and familiar cash-flow analysis approach applied in this dissertation, Agribank can gain the advantage of improving the analysis process, evaluate the coporate financial status then be able to manage the credit quality.

Besides that, the dissertation studies and proposes the structural analysis of a business loan, which shows how the financial aid is used and how it will be repay to the bank, the money will come from the main resources or the alternative ones?
Thirdly, the dessertation highlights the specific features of small and medium enterprises’ financial management. Base on this foundation, it suggests the solutions by using the right and appropriate financial calculations to eliminate the inaccurate factors and leads to a higher reliable conclusion.
Give solutions to solve the issue “How to verify the truth of financial statements of small and medium enterprises while in fact, most of them are not auditted”.
Give suggestions to develop the software for effective financial analyis to gain benefits not only for customers but also for the bank.
3. Improvement the quality and ethics of credit staff
Give suggestions that “The bank’s money is mine” to the credit staff which leads them to be cautious and responsible in single credit approval decision. Along with the credit process, the quality of employee is one of the most essential factors of credit development within Agribank.
4. Risk-management modelling
It is evaluated in this dissertation that the current risk-management model at Agribank has some deficiency. Hence, it suggests the appropriate model in accordance with Vietnam economy and international practices. This can help Agribank to manage and prevent the risk of bank credit efficently.
