* The Department of Education and Training and Training works with Principals of primary schools where it is expected to open Cham literacy classes to arrange facilities for teaching and coordinate with the group of Cham teachers of the school. district to assign teachers to teach Cham language reasonably, without affecting the teaching activities of the school. Assigning responsibility for the management of the Cham language class to these Principals is considered as the management of an literacy class in Vietnamese. Monthly report on the teaching and learning situation of the Cham class to the Department of Education and Training and Training.

2.6.2. Organize a classroom pilot

* Initially, only pilot teaching classes for illiteracy eradication, one village per class, in three villages (one village per commune) were crowded with Cham people.

* Choose a commune with the most favorable conditions to conduct the opening ceremony to draw lessons for opening classes. After discussing with 3 principals of schools that are eligible to open Cham language classes, the Department of Education and Training and Training chose Lam Giang Primary School as the unit that opened the first Cham script class in the district. end of October 2006. The remaining units opened classes in November 2006.

After nearly 9 months of organizing Cham classes, the initial results show that:

* Psychologically, all Cham people who have a need to learn and eliminate Cham illiteracy have satisfied their desire to learn their own ethnic letters, they feel equal treatment in the field of educational enjoyment because they are granted the permission by the government. interested in creating favorable conditions for them to study, learn about customs and habits, and contribute to preserving their national cultural identity.

* On the part of people who teach Cham, they draw experience in the process of teaching Cham to adults in terms of communication as well as supplementing the Cham language.

* In terms of management, the Principal understands the process of managing Cham classes from the preparation of the class opening plan to the assessment of learning quality. Principals identify their responsibilities and know how to coordinate with local authorities and teachers in charge of illiteracy eradication in organizing Cham literacy classes.

* With the Department of Education and Training, on the basis of the theory presented and through the experience of organizing a pilot Cham script class, the responsibilities of teachers, officials of the Department of Education and Training and schools have been determined. under the Department of Education on the management of teaching Cham characters to the elderly; Proposing relevant levels to create favorable conditions for teaching activities of this practical significance.

At the age of 31-45, there are 33/116 people studying Cham script, accounting for 28.4% of the total number of people going to the class. Of which there are 10 civil servants, accounting for 30.3% of people of this age group; There are 20 farmers, accounting for 60.6% and 9 people of other occupations, accounting for 9.1% of the age group 31-45, have attended Cham literacy classes. 

In general, among the ages of going to Cham classes, the age group from 21 to 30 went to class the most. Due to the characteristics of the residential area of ​​the Cham people, which is rural, most people live by farming, so 98/116 farmers participate in learning Cham script, accounting for 84.5% of the population. class.
