Career counseling is interested in most countries around the world due to the growth of industrialization.
In Japan, author Magumi Nishino at the Japan Educational Research Institute has studied deeply the issue of fostering basic knowledge and skills of necessary occupations for students. The author Nguyen Thi Minh Hoa (2007) with the research work “Career guidance for students and the problem of using human resources” analyzed the situation of career guidance, the problem of using human resources and confirmed the work orientation. Author Pham Tat Dong has researched such as: Theoretical and practical basis of career guidance activities; Career interest; Issues about the content and methods of career guidance for students, young people… the author investigated: “Among those who cannot find a job, 85.8% are young people.
