CONCLUDE
Through the process of researching and analyzing the thesis with the topic " Human resource quality of Muong Thanh Grand Xa La Hotel ", the author has completed the research of some basic contents:
1. The research thesis presents the basic contents of theories related to the concepts to serve as the foundation for this research, including concepts such as: Human resources, quality human resources, high-quality human resources, intelligence, physical strength and mental strength to clarify the relationship between the concepts to thereby build a model to serve the research on human resource quality of Muong Thanh Grand Xa La Hotel.
2. Selectively systematized and developed theories on Human Resources and Human Resource Quality in hotels based on reference to related domestic and foreign studies.
3. Analyzed the current human resource situation of Muong Thanh Grand Xa La Hotel, evaluated the human resource development activities of the Hotel. From there, evaluated the work of developing human resource quality and pointed out the achievements and causes, limitations and causes of the work of improving human resource quality at Muong Thanh Hotel Group in general and Muong Thanh Grand Xa La Hotel in particular.
4. Through theory and reality, the thesis proposed 03 solutions to improve the quality of human resources of Muong Thanh Grand Xa La Hotel, which are:
- Solutions to improve the quality of Intelligence
- Solutions to improve the quality of Physical Fitness
- Solutions to improve the quality of Mental Power
Finally, make recommendations to the superior agencies of Muong Thanh Grand Xa La Hotel to help Muong Thanh Grand Xa La Hotel develop more and more in Quality and Quantity.
