Managing traffic safety education activities for students at primary schools in Thanh Son district, Phu Tho province in the current period

Luong Nha on the criteria of Traffic Culture through many forms of formal and extracurricular learning; improving the quality of traffic safety education for students; editing and printing documents (leaflets, billboards, posters, propaganda posters...) to promote traffic safety education suitable for primary schools.

3.2. Coordinate with the Parents' Representative Board to regularly remind and educate their children to voluntarily comply with traffic rules, wear helmets when riding motorbikes, scooters, electric bicycles; do not drive motorbikes or scooters when underage or without a driver's license; organize parents and students to sign a commitment not to violate traffic safety; strictly discipline individuals who violate traffic safety.

3.3. Promote the role and responsibility of Youth Union and Pioneer organizations in maintaining traffic order and safety, contributing to reducing traffic accidents and traffic congestion; deploy movements and campaigns to mobilize youth and children to participate in ensuring traffic order and safety;

3.4. Effectively organize extracurricular activities: collective activities, after-school activities to evaluate traffic safety education in schools for students.

3.5. Make legal education content to ensure traffic safety and order one of the criteria for annual emulation evaluation of the Teams. Timely commend and reward collectives and individuals with achievements in legal education to ensure traffic safety and order; strictly handle collectives and individuals who violate the law.

III. IMPLEMENTATION ORGANIZATION:

- Develop a plan to deploy and effectively implement traffic safety education and propaganda work for the 2019-2020 school year.

- Coordinate with homeroom teachers to organize extracurricular activities to guide students in implementing traffic safety laws.

- Actively organize for students to discuss the content of the campaigns "Exemplary students implementing and mobilizing families to strictly comply with traffic laws", "The role of youth in participating in maintaining traffic safety and order", the content in slogans and propaganda billboards hung at school.

- Mobilize students to compete in maintaining traffic safety, commit to not violating traffic safety regulations. Promptly commend and reward individuals and groups that do well in traffic safety work; at the same time, take strict measures to handle individuals who violate traffic safety regulations; resolutely handle students who deliberately go to school by motorbike when they are not qualified, deliberately do not wear helmets when participating in traffic by electric bicycle or sitting behind a motorbike.

- Develop a plan to inspect the implementation of the traffic safety plan in

Classes. Summarize and report on specific assessment results of students with the Traffic Safety Inspection Board of Luong Nha Primary School.

- Include competition content to evaluate students in implementing laws to ensure traffic safety.

- This plan is organized and implemented together with professional activities, extracurricular activities along with strengthening management and education to raise awareness and moral qualities of cadres, civil servants, public employees and students when participating in traffic.

- Regularly organize training and educate all cadres, teachers, staff and students in the school to strictly follow traffic laws.
