INTRODUCTION
1.1 Urgency
Located in East Asia with an area of 377,972.75 km 2 , Japan has a highly developed agricultural industry. Despite extremely harsh climatic conditions and being one of the countries with the most natural disasters in the world. Although agricultural workers account for only 3% of the Japanese population, agriculture provides enough high-quality food for more than 127 million people.
In Vietnam, agriculture is the main production sector, in which the crop production sector accounts for 75% of the value of agricultural output. The development of the crop production sector has great economic significance.
Vietnam is in the stage of international integration, with the economy and science and technology developing rapidly along with the people's lives constantly improving. In that context, the constant innovation and application of high technology and advanced techniques in production is an inevitable direction to build a modern agriculture, narrow the gap with advanced countries in the world, meet the increasing demand for food in both quantity and quality, ensure food hygiene and safety and people's lives. Therefore, learning and referring to the experience of Japan, the world's leading country in the field of agricultural production, is extremely urgent.
