- Phase 1: Implemented using the traditional method (distributing questionnaires, then collecting and updating survey data) until semester 1 of the 2011-2012 school year for Bachelor's degree programs and semester 1 of the 2014-2015 school year for Postgraduate programs.

The University of Economics - VNU conducts the survey in two ways: traditional survey (issuing and collecting survey forms directly at the site) and online survey (Online Survey).

Assessment results are an information channel used by the school and teachers to make adjustments to suit the needs of the school and the learning needs of students. In addition, the results also serve the purpose of periodic review, adjustment and supplementation of the school's content and curriculum to suit the needs of learners and social needs.

- The activity of collecting learners' feedback on courses has always been a top priority for the University of Economics and has become a regular activity, periodically evaluated since 2006 (organized by the Department of Student Affairs and Training according to ISO procedures) and has been officially implemented by the Center for Student Quality Assurance since semester 1, school year 2009 until now (regardless of whether it is a standard, joint or high-quality, international-class program). This is considered one of many information channels for the University of Economics to control and ensure training quality.
