- Educational results:
Statistics on the education of children with disabilities in the school in the past 3 years show that the number of children with disabilities has been increasing. In 2014, there were 30 children with disabilities/1090 children, accounting for 2.75% of the total number of children; this figure in 2015 and 2016 was 4.09% (45 children with disabilities/1100 children) and 5.33% (64 children with disabilities/1200 children), respectively. It can be seen that children with special education needs account for a relatively large proportion of the total number of children, leading to an increase in the need for special education every year.
The school's Board of Directors and all staff have made great efforts to meet the increasing demand for education for children with disabilities every year. However, with a limited number of teachers and low qualifications, the results of education for children with disabilities have not been as expected by the school, parents of children with disabilities and the community.
e. Physical basis
The school has an area of 6,034 m2, a construction floor area of 4,300 m2, a scale of 25 classrooms, 04 early intervention classrooms, 03 gifted classrooms, 9 special education rooms.

The school is fully equipped with facilities such as: air conditioner, TV, DVD player, organ, water heater, blankets, mattresses... full of tools, toys and teaching equipment for children aged 18 - 72 months.
The school's physical facilities such as playgrounds, surrounding fences, clean water systems, equipment, and toys are all safe, aesthetically pleasing, suitable for children, and meet standards to ensure high-quality conditions for child care, nurturing, and education.
From the actual requirements of education for children with disabilities; to ensure quality care and education for children with disabilities, the school has reserved a part of its space for education for children with disabilities. Specifically, the school has 4 classrooms with an area of about 20 m2 each to serve as a living space for children with disabilities.
Regarding physical conditions, Hoa Sen School has relatively good facilities, however, facilities for vocational education activities are still limited. With the current high demand and increasing demand in the future, the Board of Directors needs to pay more attention and make appropriate decisions.

c. Quality of child care and education
The school is a special education model with different groups of children with disabilities, most of whom have difficult family circumstances; many families have 2 to 3 children with disabilities, many of whom are victims of Agent Orange. Children with disabilities are ethnic minorities in the mountainous areas and most of them have to stay in boarding schools, so the management and implementation of the school's educational tasks still face many difficulties.
With the attention of the State management agencies, localities, departments, agencies, and social organizations, the school has been supported and created favorable conditions for the school to perform its functions and tasks well. Highly appreciated for the quality of education for disabled students, the school's disabled students have achieved many high achievements in provincial and national competitions in vocational training, arts, and sports activities. For many consecutive years, the school has won high prizes in the National Sports Competition for Disabled Students organized by the Ministry of Education and Training: - In 2007, the group won the Second Prize (in Dak Lak); - In 2009, the group won the Third Prize (in Quang Tri); - In 2011, the Group won the Third Prize (in Thai Binh); - In 2013, the Group won the First Prize (in Thai Nguyen).
The achievements that have been made can partly reflect that the quality of education of the school has met a part of the needs of special education in the locality. However, the school must always make more efforts to improve the quality of education to be worthy of the expectations of society.

The number of children with disabilities studying at the school in the last 3 years is 265, 265 and 287 children respectively. Of which, the number of children with disabilities in preschool age over the years is 38, 40 and 49 children respectively.

2015 | 40 | 10 | 7 | 20 | 3 |
2016 | 49 | 14 | 8 | 24 | 3 |
The number of children with severe and extremely severe disabilities accounts for a much higher proportion. Specifically: 60.5, 57.5 and 55.1 in 2014, 2015 and 2016 respectively. This number shows us that the school's work of educating children with disabilities in preschools faces many difficulties. The higher the level of disabilities, the more attention must be paid to the workload, time, dedication of teachers as well as educational conditions.
- Educational results:
The school's achievements in educating children with disabilities are relatively positive, as shown in the school's achievements over the years. The team of teachers and staff have all been trained and fostered in educating children with disabilities, which is an advantage of the school. However, the number of teachers is still not enough to meet the demand. In addition, the level of disability of preschool children with disabilities is at a high level, leading to increased requirements for teachers and other educational conditions.
Overall, the school has met the minimum needs of education for children with disabilities. To meet the increasingly improved results as well as the quality of education of the school, the Board of Directors and all staff need to make more efforts.
e. Physical basis
The school has 20 classrooms, 10 dormitories, a canteen for students and an administrative building with functional rooms to support students with disabilities. The facilities, educational environment, and pedagogical landscape are always green, clean, and beautiful. With the support from international organizations and charitable organizations to build facilities, equip equipment and supplies, and train teachers to improve their professional qualifications in teaching children with disabilities, the school has gradually built a more complete system of facilities.
The school's specialty is that it specializes in providing educational services and supporting disadvantaged children. The entire campus of the school focuses on the task of educating children with special education needs. For preschool children with disabilities, the school has also organized two separate classrooms, with an area of about 40 m2 , to meet the needs of educating preschool children.
Overall, the school has quite good conditions to develop special education services. However, for preschool education of children with disabilities, the allocation of facilities, teaching equipment, and toys is still relatively limited. The school has only stopped at providing the minimum conditions for activities, without adequate attention, without research and innovation to improve the facilities environment to help preschool children with disabilities have better learning conditions.

After years of establishment, construction and innovation, 19/5 Kindergarten has achieved many achievements and is preparing itself with the internal strength to integrate and step firmly with Vietnamese education into the new century. Difficulties and challenges still exist, but the belief and hope of the Board of Directors and the collective of teachers, staff and workers in the school are always full and confident in a bright future.
a. V development scale

The summary table shows that the school's Board of Directors all have university degrees or higher, of which 1 person has a university degree and 2 people have postgraduate degrees.
Regarding the school's teachers: 39 out of 85 teachers have university degrees, accounting for 45.9%; 36 teachers have college degrees, accounting for 42.4%; 10 teachers have intermediate degrees, accounting for 11.8%. With a fairly high and even level of qualifications of teachers and staff, the school can meet the scale of activities of 32 groups of classes with over 1,400 children. However, among the children studying at the school, there are children with disabilities who need special education to integrate into the school, while the teaching staff have not been trained and fostered in special education work. The urgent requirement of the school is to quickly develop human resources to implement inclusive education for children with disabilities.
c. Quality of child care and education
19/5 Kindergarten has the mission of caring for, nurturing, and educating children from 18 months to 5 years old. Determining the core task, the Party cell, the school's Board of Directors, and the trade union and youth union organizations always coordinate smoothly to complete the work with high efficiency.
The school has a Board of Directors who are highly qualified and experienced in management; a team of staff who are formally trained in early childhood education, love children, and are dedicated to their profession, which is a solid foundation for development.
Overall, the quality of care, nurturing and education of children at the school is assessed positively. The school has also made many efforts to improve and enhance the quality of education. However, the school still has limitations in the quality of inclusive education when it cannot meet the special education needs of children with disabilities in integrated learning. The teaching staff has not been trained in educating children with disabilities, lacks expertise, skills and experience in working with children with disabilities.
