- Students' interest in physical education and sports activities is assessed through specific signs of cognition, emotion and action:
+ In terms of awareness: the level of awareness of the meaning and effects of physical education and sports.

+ About emotions: Level of love, passion... for sports activities.
+ In terms of action: Level of positivity and initiative in classroom and extracurricular activities; Research, promote, and mobilize people to practice sports...
- The level of interest of students of the College of Economics and Technology in physical education and sports activities is still low in all aspects of cognition, emotion and action. Therefore, learning results and general physical fitness level are still limited.
2. The topic proposes 5 measures to increase interest in Physical Education lessons for students of the College of Economics and Technology:
Measure 1: Diversify methods of educating students about health and sports knowledge.
Measure 2: Implement well the reward work in physical education and sports.
Measure 3: Effectively apply the differentiation perspective in physical education and sports activities.
Measure 4: Increase game and competition activities in physical education and sports.
Measure 5: Integrate physical education and sports activities with political and social activities.
3. Through experimental measures, it was shown that students in the experimental group had higher development than the control group in all aspects:
Regarding interest in physical education and sports activities: The proportion of students in the experimental group who have full awareness of the meaning and effects of physical education and sports, have positive emotions and take positive actions is much higher than that of the control group.
Regarding general physical fitness level. Comparing each test content shows that the experimental group achieved higher results than the control group in all contents with |t| > t Table (P 0.05); The percentage of students in the experimental group who "met" the general physical fitness level standard was also clearly higher. The experimental group was 94% (both "met" and "good"), the control group was 79.59%.
The learning results of the subject of Physical Education of the experimental group were clearly higher than those of the control group. The percentage of good and excellent scores of the experimental group was higher and the percentage of poor scores was lower than that of the control group: The experimental group had 23.91% excellent scores (A grade) compared to 10.42% of the control group; The experimental group had 39.13% good scores (B grade), the control group had 18.75%; The experimental group had only 2.17% poor scores (F grade - not achieved), the control group had 12.50%.
The proportion of students in the experimental group who responded positively about the course was much higher than that of the control group. 89.13% to 95.65% of the experimental group were “very satisfied” with the course and no one was “dissatisfied”; The control group had only 20.00% to 54.83% “very satisfied” and 25.00% to 45.83% “dissatisfied” with the survey content.
SUGGESTION:
1. The research results of the topic (theoretical basis system, measures) can be used for reference and application in organizing teaching activities of Civic Education for students of colleges and universities.
2. Educational institutions can research and develop an open-ended physical education program to create conditions for lecturers to be proactive and flexible in organizing physical education teaching activities for students.
3. Research and apply the measures in other classes and courses to continue evaluating the practical effectiveness of the measures. During the implementation process, lecturers need to apply them flexibly to suit practical conditions.
