Chapter 1 Summary
In chapter 1, the author clarified some contents about the theoretical basis of managing facilities and teaching equipment in secondary schools according to the approach of student capacity.
One is an overview of the research situation, stating the role of facilities and equipment in educational activities, presenting a number of topics by some authors on management, administration, and improving the effectiveness of using facilities and equipment in some schools such as authors Tran Quoc Dac, Tran Duc Vuong, Nguyen Thi My Loc, Pham Van Thuan, Le Dinh Son. However, there are very few topics mentioned in the research on the management of facilities and equipment in secondary schools based on the approach to students' abilities, especially at Khuc Xuyen Secondary School, no author has researched this topic.
To delve deeper into the management of facilities and teaching equipment in secondary schools based on the approach to student competencies, the author presents an understanding of concepts such as: administration, school administration, facilities and teaching equipment in secondary schools, Teaching based on the approach to student competencies, Management of facilities and teaching equipment in secondary schools based on the approach to student competencies. Bac Ninh City is located in the East of the Province, 30 km northeast of Hanoi capital, stretching from 2110 08'45" to 2110 2'30" North latitude, and from 1060 02'02" to 106 0 06'10" East longitude.
The East borders Que Vo district.
The North borders Yen Phong district and Cau river.

The total industrial production value in the area is estimated at 79,785.2 billion VND compared to 2010, equal to 109.6% compared to 2018. The production value of Agriculture - Forestry - Fishery in 2017 is estimated at: 5,098.2 billion VND, equal to 109.3% compared to 2018.
The total number of workers in economic sectors in 2018 was 233,816 people, accounting for 66% of the total population. The labor structure still tends to shift in a positive direction; the labor force in the agricultural sector decreased, the proportion of labor in the industrial - construction and service sectors increased.
* Socio-demographic characteristics
In general, in the period of 2016 - 2018, the human resources of Bac Ninh city, Bac Ninh province are abundant, the labor force in urban areas of industry and services is increasing along with the urban development process, creating a large number of employed workers every year. Creating favorable conditions for the socio-economic development steps of the province in the next period.
