2.4. For high schools in Soc Trang city

Develop a specific plan for directing CNL work appropriate to the characteristics of the school.

Regularly organize discussions, exchanges, and sharing of experiences in CNL work and situations arising in the educational process.

Create all conditions to help homeroom teachers complete their tasks well. Have a system of incentives, rewards and commendations to promote the development of homeroom teachers.

Enhance IT knowledge training for homeroom teachers to exploit and apply IT in student education.

2.5. For teachers in general and homeroom teachers in particular

It is necessary to have a correct understanding of the position, role and tasks of the class teacher in the comprehensive development of students.

Uphold the sense of responsibility in all assigned tasks. Always be a shining example of ethics, personality, behavior, and lifestyle for generations of students to follow.


Regularly learn and improve professional skills, especially knowledge about high school psychology, update necessary life skills to perform tasks well.

Continuously research and self-improve IT knowledge to exploit and apply IT in student education.
