2. PROPOSAL

2.1 For those working in tourism

Regularly select employees for training, improve management and organizational capacity as well as professional and technical skills. Always focus on checking and improving service quality, meeting the needs of tourists by conducting surveys, polls, and tourist evaluations of the garden and company.

Regularly create new products or renew old products to attract tourists. Promote the effectiveness of information channels such as tourists, the internet, travel guides and other media. Develop garden ecotourism according to the general direction of the industry, suitable to local conditions and preserving the traditional cultural identity of the locality.

2.2 For Can Tho City Department of Tourism

Attracting investment and creating conditions for investors to invest in Can Tho City to attract more tourists because garden ecotourism can be combined with all other types of tourism such as MICE tourism, cultural tourism or leisure and entertainment tourism.

Consulting and assisting businesses in planning development in accordance with each locality. Regularly coordinating with relevant departments to organize training courses, improving professional qualifications, skills and communication skills. Regularly checking the quality of ecotourism products and services. Together with tourism companies in Can Tho City, promoting ecotourism to international travel agencies in the province and domestic and foreign travel agencies.

Direct and inspect the development of sustainable garden ecotourism without affecting the natural environment and local customs and practices.

Quickly promote the establishment of "Can Tho Tourism High School" and linkage with neighboring provinces.

2.3 For Can Tho City People's Committee

Create favorable conditions for the development of Can Tho City's tourism industry. Direct the coordination of functional agencies in developing and managing tourism development.

Provide capital support for tourism businesses to develop. Propose and implement tourism development policies to create conditions for Can Tho eco-tourism to develop in line with current trends.

Invest in and upgrade infrastructure in the province, contributing to creating favorable conditions for tourism development.
