Projects are supported with post-investment interest rates to invest in fixed assets within the total approved fixed asset investment capital and are lent capital by credit institutions for investment according to the project's bid package items [76];

Support for land rental prices: (i) for the Con Au Urban Tourism Area Investment Project and the Con Son Tourist Area Project, the rate for calculating the land rental price (for tourism, entertainment and sports investment projects) per year is calculated at 0.75% of the land price according to the purpose of land rental in the price list of land types in the area issued by the City People's Committee from the time of handing over the leased land to the investor. (ii) The City Convention Center Investment Project and 5-star hotel and resort projects in Ninh Kieu and Cai Rang districts, the rate for calculating the land rental price per year is calculated at 1.5% of the land price in Ninh Kieu district and 1.3% of the land price in Cai Rang district according to the purpose of land rental in the price list of land types in the area issued by the City People's Committee from the time of handing over the leased land [76].

Support for compensation, support and resettlement: The City Land Fund Development Center and the District Land Fund Development Centers are the focal agencies responsible for coordinating with the People's Committees at all levels, relevant departments and branches to carry out compensation, support and resettlement for investors (investors). Tan Loc Island Ecotourism Area (Thot Not District) with a scale of about 41 hectares, investing in building a resort, homestay area, restaurant area, entertainment area typical of the river garden, garden culture experience area, community activity area and infrastructure system serving tourism. The expected investment capital is about 41 million USD, with the goal of contributing to exploiting the tourism potential of Can Tho city, increasing tourist attractions, diversifying tourism products, creating jobs for local workers and contributing to transforming the economic structure of the city.

Phong Dien Ecotourism Area (Phong Dien district) with a scale of about 40 hectares, includes functional areas: Garden ecotourism area, resort area, high-class entertainment area, camping and collective activity area, four-season fruit garden, etc. The expected investment capital is about 40 million USD, with the goal of exploiting the advantages of the river and garden here to become a high-class entertainment area combining ecotourism and river-specific resort of the scale of the Mekong Delta region.

Bang Lang Stork Garden Tourist Area (Thot Not District) has an area of about 5 hectares, including functional areas: Homestay area, stork garden area, restaurant area, entertainment area typical of river gardens, garden culture experience area, and service infrastructure system. The expected investment capital is about 5 million USD, with the goal of building eco-tourism attractions and accompanying tourism services to serve tourists, diversify tourism products, create jobs for local workers and contribute to transforming the city's economic structure.

Policy to encourage socialization to reduce land rent for activities in the fields of culture and sports, specifically including: Non-public cultural centers at the commune level, cinema facilities, non-public multi-purpose cultural areas that meet standards such as organizing many types of culture, cultural services, sports, trade, tourism, high-tech entertainment, serving the needs of target groups, especially children...
