People are not much interested in community tourism. The management, operation and connection capacity in tourism development of members of the Management Board, Cooperatives and Cooperative Groups is still limited. Essential infrastructure such as parking lots, toilets, reception houses... have been invested in but have not met the needs of tourists. The quality of traffic infrastructure connecting some community tourism spots is still low, the lanes are small, making it very difficult for travel companies to organize tours for vehicles with 30 seats or more... In order for community tourism in Hoi An City to develop in a sustainable direction in the direction of "Continuing to improve the management, conservation and effective promotion of natural and humanistic values, in which the World Cultural Heritage of Hoi An Ancient Town and the World Biosphere Reserve of Cu Lao Cham - Hoi An are the spreading nucleus to persistently implement the orientation of building an ecological - cultural - tourist city" [44], it is necessary to synchronously implement the solutions mentioned in Chapter 3.
