reinforced and gradually mastered.
The experimental results show that the experimental measure has improved the level of adaptation to the management activities of primary school principals. This allows to confirm that the above TL-SP impact measure is appropriate, correct and effective.

- The manifestations of the level of adaptation to management activities of primary school principals are not uniform. There are differences in gender and seniority in management in the level of adaptation to management activities. There is a consistency between the principal's self-assessment and the assessment of managers and teachers in the school on the level of adaptation of primary school principals to management activities.

- Pearson bivariate correlation analysis between each pair of variables:
The expression of the adaptation of primary school principals' management activities to subjective and objective influencing factors is positively correlated and statistically significant.
- The experimental measure TL-SP: "Providing knowledge to improve understanding of teaching management activities and organizing training in teaching management skills for primary school principals" has improved the adaptability of primary school principals to teaching management activities, thereby improving the quality of teaching in primary schools today.
CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Conclusion
The research results of the topic allow to draw the following conclusions:
1.1. Based on the analysis of different theories and viewpoints,
From the operating principle and system perspective, we believe that Like
Responding to the management activities of primary school principals is the proactive and positive change in the awareness, attitude and behavior of primary school principals to meet the new requirements and conditions of the management environment in order to achieve the goals of management activities.
The level of adaptation to the management activities of primary school principals is the range of changes in the awareness, attitude and behavior of primary school principals in a proactive and positive manner to meet the new requirements and conditions of the management activities environment in order to achieve the goals of management activities.

The current level of change in primary school principals' perceptions of activities
School management, principals' satisfaction with school management activities, primary school principals' level of school management skills, and the school community's recognition of primary school principals.

The manifestations of the level of adaptation to school management activities of primary school principals are not uniform but are ranked in order, first is the school community's recognition of the primary school principal, second is the primary school principal's understanding of school management activities, third is the primary school principal's school management skills, and finally is the satisfaction with the primary school principal's school management activities.
- There are differences in gender and seniority in management in terms of adaptability.
QLDH activities, male primary school principals adapt to activities
QLDH higher than primary school principals are female. Primary school principals with seniority
Senior managers adapt to school management activities better than primary school principals with low management experience.
- There is
self-conformity
Principal's assessment and assessment of the
School administrators and teachers on the level of adaptation of primary school principals to management activities.
- There are many subjective and objective factors affecting the adaptation to teaching management activities of primary school principals. The subjective factors that greatly affect the adaptation to teaching management activities of primary school principals are the management experience of primary school principals and the self-training awareness of primary school principals. The objective factors that greatly affect the adaptation to teaching management activities of primary school principals are the collective psychological atmosphere of the pedagogical community in primary schools and the management conditions of primary school principals. The subjective factors play a decisive role in the adaptation to teaching management activities of primary school principals.
1.3. The experimental results show that the two TL-SP experimental measures: "Providing knowledge to improve understanding of QLDH activities and organizing training in QLDH skills for primary school principals" have improved the level of adaptation of primary school principals to QLDH activities. The level of adaptation of QLDH of primary school principals in the experimental group is significantly different from that of primary school principals in the control group after the experiment and compared to themselves before the experiment. This proves that the impact measures are really feasible and effective.
2. Recommendations
From the above research results, we propose some ideas to improve the level of adaptation to the management activities of primary school principals, contributing to improving the quality of teaching in primary schools.
- For the Department of Education and Training and the Departments of Education and Training: it is necessary to coordinate with the Schools and Faculties that have the function of training educational management staff to organize regular training (periodically or short-term) for primary school principals to provide a system of knowledge and practice management skills in general, and school management skills in particular for primary school principals.
- For schools and faculties with the function of training and fostering educational managers: it is necessary to include in the training and fostering program for primary school principals a theoretical lecture content that systematically and comprehensively provides knowledge about educational management activities in primary schools. At the same time, to improve the level of adaptation to educational management activities for primary school principals, it is necessary to develop a process and organize training in educational management skills (by solving a system of situational exercises) after the theoretical training stage. This system of situational exercises must be selectively built in accordance with the practice of educational management in primary schools, fully demonstrating management functions, covering the educational management content of primary school principals.
- For primary school principals: Primary school principals need to be aware of their important role in school management in general and teaching management in particular; be proactive and active in learning, researching, accumulating knowledge and experience in teaching management; be proactive and active in cultivating, practicing, forming and developing teaching management skills... to improve their adaptability to teaching management activities, contributing to improving the effectiveness of teaching management in schools.
- The thesis can become a good reference document for training and fostering primary school managers in educational institutions, a reference document for primary school managers in studying and improving their own management skills.
