They are not only necessary and important when associated with human activities but also considered as means and tools for people to perform actions and carry out operations to achieve the purpose of the action, etc. Insufficient facilities, equipment, machinery, tools, and training means make it very difficult to organize and implement the content of education on preventing and combating natural disasters for students, and some educational contents cannot be implemented. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the conditions for activities.
