Comment:

Through the statistical classification of the experimental results above, it shows that

After 90 days of culture in vitro , the following symptoms were observed:

*number of buds:

Based on table 4.8, it shows that there are statistically significant differences between the culture environment factors.

At the 90-day culture stage, the number of shoots increased in the media supplemented with high TDZ concentrations and even higher when we combined TDZ and NAA:

- In MS + 0.5mg/l TDZ medium , number of shoots: 8.89.

- In Vz MS medium + 0.5mg/l TDZ + 0.5mg/l NAA, number of shoots: 9.22.

- In MS Vi medium + lmg/l TDZ number of shoots: 9.44.

- In the medium l Á MS + 1mg/1 TDZ + 0.5mg/l NAA, the number of shoots: 10.22.

Thus, at the stage after 90 days of culture, TDZ and NAA grass greatly affected shoot formation.

*number of leaves, roots and shoot height:

- Number of leaves: Table 4.8 shows that the number of leaves did not increase in environments supplemented with high levels of TDZ and TDZ combined with NAA. This proves that TDZ and TDZ combined with NAA do not affect the leaf formation process.

- Number of roots: Table 4.8 also shows that the number of roots decreased while the number of shoots increased.

- Shoot height: shoot height is often inversely proportional to shoot formation, so in environments with high shoot formation, shoot height decreases.

Figure 4.2: Comparison of the ability to form somatic embryos, protocorms and shoots between culture media on Dendrobium orchid species

Based on charts 4.1 and 4.2 shows:

- 1/2 MS + lmg/1 TDZ + 0.5mg/l NAA medium showed the highest number of somatic embryos, protocorms and shoots.

- Media supplemented with NAA showed higher ability to form somatic embryos, protocorms, and shoots than media without NAA supplementation.

Thus, in the in vitro propagation process , the medium of 1/2 MS + 1 mg/1 TDZ + 5 mg/l NAA showed high in vitro propagation ability on two orchid varieties Dendrobium and Cymbidium .

*Comment:

Based on the above charts, it shows that between the two orchid varieties,

Dendrobium has the ability to

The ability to form somatic embryos, protocorms and buds is much higher than that of Cymbidium.

Although the ability to form somatic embryos, protocorms and shoots is higher, the height development of shoots is lower than Cymbidium.
