The main solutions for sustainable development of RAT production and consumption cooperatives include:
- Support to improve capacity to perform input services for production:
+ Improve management and use capacity of irrigation projects, electricity systems, traffic systems, preliminary processing systems, and product introduction systems invested in production areas;
+ Support the formation of a local high-quality agricultural material supply system: build a direct store system or joint venture, link with reputable suppliers;
