The problem is the resolute and consistent direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the determination to mobilize resources of business units, and the responsibility and unified management capacity of hotel leaders. The specific action plan must take into account the promotion of internal resources and the utmost effort to seek support, especially financial support from the State.
Therefore, the author believes that this issue will have and needs to have a lot of research and evaluation from tourism experts and managers to form a complete strategy with high feasibility for developing quality tourism in the area.
