- Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Dinh Tai, (2013), “ What model for industry clusters in Vietnam ”, Finance Magazine No. 4. The article assesses the important role of industry clusters and considers it as an important policy tool, because the growth of an industry cluster often leads to the increase and development of enterprises in the supporting industry. SMEs in supporting industry activities will have the opportunity to access investment capital, investment markets and modern technology lines. The article affirms that the development of industry clusters will be a necessary condition for the development of the supporting industry. On the other hand, supporting industry is also a prerequisite for industrial development because the process of developing industry clusters will actually have to rely on the development of the supporting industry group.

Due to limited knowledge and research time, the thesis inevitably has shortcomings. Therefore, I look forward to receiving guidance from teachers, experts as well as your comments to make the thesis more complete.
Chapter III Conclusion
Through the issues presented in Chapter II, we can come to some conclusions:
Based on the strengths of available tourism resources, the types of tourism in Tien Lang that need to be promoted in the coming time are sightseeing and resort tourism, discovery tourism, weekend tourism. To improve the quality and diversify tourism products, Tien Lang district needs to combine with local cultural tourism resources, at the same time combine with surrounding areas, build rich tourism products. The strengths of Tien Lang tourism are eco-tourism and cultural tourism, so developing Tien Lang tourism must always go hand in hand with restoring and preserving types of cultural tourism resources. Some necessary measures to support and improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang are: strengthening the construction of technical facilities and labor force serving tourism, actively promoting and advertising tourism, and expanding forms of capital mobilization for tourism development.
CONCLUDE
I Conclusion
1. Based on the results achieved within the framework of the thesis's needs, some basic conclusions can be drawn as follows:
Tien Lang is a locality with great potential for tourism development. The relatively abundant cultural tourism resources and ecological tourism resources have great appeal to tourists. Based on this potential, Tien Lang can build a unique tourism industry that is competitive enough with other localities within Hai Phong city and neighboring areas.
In recent years, the exploitation of the advantages of resources to develop tourism and build tourist routes in Tien Lang has not been commensurate with the available potential. In terms of quantity, many resource objects have not been brought into the purpose of tourism development. In terms of time, the regular service time has not been extended to attract more visitors. Infrastructure and technical facilities are still weak. The labor force is still thin and weak in terms of expertise. Tourism programs and routes have not been organized properly, the exploitation content is still monotonous, so it has not attracted many visitors. Although resources have not been mobilized much for tourism development, they are facing the risk of destruction and degradation.
2. Based on the results of investigation, analysis, synthesis, evaluation and selective absorption of research results of related topics, the thesis has proposed a number of necessary solutions to improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang such as: promoting the restoration and conservation of tourism resources, focusing on investment and key exploitation of ecotourism resources, strengthening the construction of infrastructure and tourism workforce. Expanding forms of capital mobilization. In addition, the thesis has built a number of tourist routes of Hai Phong in which Tien Lang tourism resources play an important role.
Exploiting Tien Lang tourism resources for tourism development is currently facing many difficulties. The above measures, if applied synchronously, will likely bring new prospects for the local tourism industry, contributing to making Tien Lang tourism an important economic sector in the district's economic structure.

Industry clusters will easily conquer markets that SMEs cannot penetrate if they operate individually. Linking the development of industrial parks and industrial clusters with the development of supporting industries is seen as a positive and effective solution in the integration process and efforts to participate in the global value chain. - Dr. Dang Thu Huong, Master Tran Ngoc Thin, (2009), " The current situation of supporting industry in Vietnam and some solutions ", Economic and Development Magazine, No. 139 assessed the current situation of supporting industry in Vietnam and pointed out
The main causes of this weakness are the lack of high-quality industrial human resources and the lack of information between domestic and foreign manufacturers. At the same time, the unstable environment and policies as well as the loose connection between domestic enterprises are the fundamental causes leading to the underdevelopment of supporting industries in Vietnam in recent times. From there, the authors propose 4 groups of solutions to promote the development of Vietnam's supporting industries such as: increasing high-quality human resources, building information networks, and strengthening connections.[44]
- Foreign Trade University, (2010), “ Supporting industry - experiences from other countries and solutions for Vietnam ”, a state-level scientific topic chaired by Professor, Dr. Hoang Van Chau, the authors have deeply analyzed the general issues of supporting industry. - Junichi Mori (2005), “ Developing supporting industries for Vietnam's industrialization process: enhancing positive vertical externalities through joint training” , Master thesis, Fletcher School, Tufts University, USA. In
In the first part, the author analyzed 09 contents related to economic development through the development of supporting industries. The author pointed out that the development of supporting industries faces 02 obstacles: scale and information. Small scale due to small output market, there is not much connection between domestic manufacturers and multinational companies. The author analyzed the supporting industry in Vietnam through the following criteria: Limited demand from multinational companies for domestic spare parts production; limited supply: barriers limiting the development of supporting industries; how public policies can remove difficulties in developing supporting industries; develop technology to improve the problem and propose policies: encourage training cooperation programs on more specific policy proposals.[52]
- Government, (2007) “ Plan for the development of Vietnam's supporting industry to 2010, vision to 2020 ”, drafted by the Institute for Strategy and Policy Research - Ministry of Industry (formerly, now the Ministry of Industry and Trade). In this Plan, the concept of supporting industry is formalized in Vietnam. The Plan is divided into four parts, mainly focusing on a number of industries that have clearly defined production processes and products such as: electrical and electronic equipment manufacturing and assembly industry; automobile and motorbike manufacturing and assembly industry; textile - garment, leather - footwear industry; mechanical engineering and metal processing industry and mainly focusing on the field of hardware development (production and supply of materials, spare parts, and supporting accessories). From there, the Plan provides assessments of the industrial content of each planned industry and develops directions for industrial development for these industries in the coming time with six important groups of solutions to help Vietnamese industry proactively participate in the regional and global production process in the higher part of the value chain.[13]

The article analyzes lessons learned from Thailand and Malaysia, pointing out challenges for Vietnam. The article points out that promoting supporting industries is an important step in the Vietnam - Japan cooperation relationship, so in the coming time, Vietnam needs to change the way it plans industrial policies, sets specific goals and action plans, learns from integrated production, uses ODA capital effectively, solves social issues, and manages the macroeconomy properly to create three pillars of industrial strength including supporting industries, industrial human resources, and effective logistics services.[57]
