- Restaurant - hotel, villa system: Anh Dao Villa and Doi Thong Villa include 75 3-star standard rooms fully equipped with facilities and capacity to accommodate 300 guests. Nearby restaurants serve meals for more than 1000 guests.

Functions and tasks of each department:
- The Board of Directors is in charge of general management , organization, staffing, and equipment.

RESEARCH CONTENT AND METHODS
3.1 Research content
- Study the current status of tourism and natural resources of My Le tourist area
- Current status of environmental management in tourist areas, and analysis of the impacts of tourism activities on the environmental resources of My Le tourist area.
- Research and propose solutions to minimize the negative impacts of these activities on the environment and resources at My Le eco-tourism area.
3.2 Research methods
3.2.1 Data collection method
Using data collection methods, collecting data at agencies (Bu Gia Map District People's Committee, Binh Phuoc Province Department of Tourism and Trade, collecting specialized reference documents related to the topic).
Documents at My Le tourist area include:
Detailed map of the tourist area.
Types and natural resources of the tourist area.
Types of tourism activities and main tourism products (sightseeing, sports, fishing...).
Current and future projects of My Le tourist area
Available documents on weather, climate, hydrometeorology, water quality analysis, environmental parameters, periodic monitoring results, etc.
Information on the status of infrastructure and services in the area.
Electricity and water consumption data (monthly/yearly), type of water used.
Wastewater treatment and collection system
Type of tourist transport
3.2.2 Field survey
Field surveys help to understand the actual situation at the tourist area, thereby obtaining the most accurate and specific information, defining the actual problems that need to be implemented to make the most appropriate proposals.

3.2.4 Impact Matrix Method (AIM)
Steps to follow:
a) Identify the most important tourism activities. Identify tourism activities that occur regularly and have the greatest impact.
b) Identify the main environmental components in tourism activities.
c) Determine the impact of tourism activities on environmental components.
d) Identify the impact of environmental damage on resources.
e) Identify the most important impacts based on how they affect the tourist area, give them scores of 1, 2, 3, 0, -1, -2, -3 and propose solutions to minimize negative impacts.
3.2.5 Acceptable Changes (LAC) Method
Through the activity-impact matrix method (AIM), we have the impacts and solutions for the impacts of tourism activities. Every activity causes impacts that cannot be avoided and completely overcome, so there needs to be standards for indicators for tourism activities, especially the impacts of tourists.

The method is used to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges for the tourism development of My Le Tourist Area in order to propose the most appropriate solutions to choose from.

Integrating strategies: After outlining strategies in stage four, we need to prioritize strategies according to the following rule:
The strategies that are repeated the most times are the most preferred strategies.
The strategy does not contain conflicting goals with the next priority.
The strategy contains only one conflict or contradiction, but when implemented, the damage to the goal is not serious and can be overcome.
The remaining strategies consider the damage to the target to decide whether to keep or abandon it.

DISCUSSION RESULTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
4.1 Current status of ecotourism activities of My Le eco-tourism area
4.1.1. Service points at My Le Tourist Area
The main gate has an 8m high golden statue of Maitreya Buddha holding a cashew fruit, symbolizing the image of Binh Phuoc. Below the statue is a lawn and an artistic fountain, creating a majestic and lively landscape for visitors to take souvenir photos.

Tropical fruit garden with all kinds of fruits creates an exciting feeling for tourists.
Zoo with animals such as: deer, monkeys, peacocks, ostriches, porcupines, wild boars...
And there are many gardens such as: Peach garden, apricot garden, frangipani garden, 12 zodiac garden, clean vegetable garden...
Each garden has an area of over 1 hectare. It gives people a sense of wonder and attraction because of the appeal of each garden.
Ornamental garden with ornamental plants, bonsai, some of which are shaped like vivid animals.
Tra Hill Camping Area and Dieu Stream area on the other side of the stream are about 3 hectares wide, with a capacity of
1,000 guests.
Suoi Dieu Restaurant, Anh Dao Restaurant and Hoa Sua Restaurant have beautiful and airy architecture, built in the middle of beautiful natural scenery, capacity of 400 guests, serving local specialties (stream fish, wild vegetables, ...) prepared according to visitors' requests.
The system of Doi Thong villa area and Anh Dao villa and My Le hotel with 75 3-star standard rooms fully equipped with amenities, facing Suoi Dieu valley, the green O Long tea hills stretching as far as the eye can see.
