CHAPTER 3 SUMMARY
In the national tourism development strategy, Thai Nguyen tourism is known as the bridge of the Northern tourism region and the gateway to the Red River Delta. Located in the Northern tourism development space, Thai Nguyen has very impressive highlights such as: ATK Dinh Hoa, Nui Coc Lake, Phuong Hoang Cave, Tan Cuong tea area. The main tourism products are based on exploiting natural and cultural tourism resources of the midland and mountainous regions. Currently, Thai Nguyen tourism still faces many difficulties. The difficulties are mainly due to the limited level of socio-economic development. But in the near future, with a vision to 2030, Thai Nguyen tourism will face prospects for rapid growth and development. The organization of Thai Nguyen tourism development space needs to focus on solving the main tasks:
- Regarding the organization of tourist attractions: focus on investing and developing tourism in typical tourist attractions such as: Museum of Vietnamese ethnic cultures, historical relics in the province, Tan Cuong specialty tea region...
- Regarding the organization of tourist areas: focus on investing in tourism development in tourist areas that need immediate investment in infrastructure and technical facilities such as: Nui Coc Lake eco-tourism resort, ATK Dinh Hoa special national relic...
- Regarding tourism route organization: focus on investing in tourism development in intra-provincial and inter-provincial sightseeing routes. These routes need to invest first in transportation to shorten the distance to tourist destinations.
- To realize the above mentioned organization of tourism territorial space, Thai Nguyen tourism needs to synchronously deploy solutions on: planning, investing in infrastructure and technical infrastructure, capital mobilization, human resource development, protecting the tourism environment, promoting and promoting tourism, inter-sectoral and international cooperation, and at the same time focusing on some complementary solutions. In which, the most important are still:
+ Investing in infrastructure and technical facilities serving tourism (hotels, restaurants, entertainment areas, shopping centers, building portfolios and projects calling for foreign investment);
+ Invest in improving the quality of human resources;
+ Invest in sustainable tourism development, ensure security and safety for tourists, and develop community tourism.
CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Conclusion
It can be seen that Thai Nguyen has more natural resources than other provinces in the region. It is a city along the Cau River, the river and mountain system, the green color of the immense tea hills have created for this land a natural landscape with a fresh and poetic ecological environment. In addition to the characteristics of the TDMNBB region, Thai Nguyen province also has some unique tourism resources that not all provinces in the region have. These factors have created a very unique feature in the tourism development of Thai Nguyen compared to the remaining provinces in the region.
In addition to the favorable conditions for tourism, the organization and exploitation of tourism development in Thai Nguyen still has some difficulties. Many resources are still in the form of untapped potential. Investment in infrastructure development for the tourism industry is still limited, not fully meeting the needs of tourists, so ecotourism products are generally monotonous, overlapping between tourist areas, easily causing boredom for visitors and difficult to compete with neighboring provinces. The professional and management qualifications of some officials are not up to par with the requirements of the task, the team of tour guides trained in tourism is really weak and lacking in expertise, therefore not meeting and satisfying the increasing needs of tourists as well as the development pace of the industry.
Thai Nguyen tourism has been attracting many domestic and international tourists based on its unique tourism resources. With that development, Thai Nguyen deserves to be a Northern tourist city, a tourist center of the Northern Midlands and Mountains region, playing the role of a transit point for tourists from provinces and cities to the Red River Delta.
In short, Thai Nguyen tourism has a lot of potential for investment and development. To do this, it is necessary to combine many measures from departments, branches, functional agencies and local communities. In particular, it is important to pay attention to ensuring sustainable development not only for tourism but also for the socio-economic development of the province, ensuring the relationship between tourism development and environmental protection. If these things are done well, tourism will be a major source of income for the province, and at the same time, it will be a characteristic of the province in the period of development and integration.
2. Recommendations
For the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province: Although the province has identified tourism development as a priority in the province's socio-economic development strategy in the coming years, there needs to be more specific policies for the province's agencies and departments to coordinate in organizing the implementation of the province's tourism development policy. There needs to be more tourism investment attraction policies so that economic sectors can participate in investing in this field.
For the Department of Culture and Tourism of Thai Nguyen province: It is necessary to conduct a comprehensive survey of tourist attractions and tourism resources in the whole province to have accurate information about the resources, from which to organize the assessment and plan tourism development policies of the province. This is the basis for calling for domestic and foreign investment in planned tourist areas and destinations.
For the Department of Natural Resources and Environment: Coordinate with relevant agencies to conduct surveys and set environmental criteria at tourism development sites. From there, set out certain basic requirements in planning and organizing exploitation at tourist sites to achieve the goal of sustainable development at these tourist sites.
For the provincial Department of Transport: there needs to be a plan to upgrade provincial roads to the province's tourist destinations, especially national highways such as: new and old national highway 3, Thai Nguyen - Bac Can expressway, national highway 1B...
For tourism companies in Thai Nguyen province: It is necessary to study and organize tours and tourist routes that focus on the province's own strengths. For example, in mountainous areas, there should be forms of mountain climbing, nature exploration, cable car construction, etc. In mountainous areas such as Nui Coc Lake, there should be more boat tours and tourist ships. In particular, there should be a plan to fully evaluate the tourism potential during the tourist season to develop forms of tourism to take advantage of advantages that not every province has.

Due to limited knowledge and research time, the thesis inevitably has shortcomings. Therefore, I look forward to receiving guidance from teachers, experts as well as your comments to make the thesis more complete.
Chapter III Conclusion
Through the issues presented in Chapter II, we can come to some conclusions:
Based on the strengths of available tourism resources, the types of tourism in Tien Lang that need to be promoted in the coming time are sightseeing and resort tourism, discovery tourism, weekend tourism. To improve the quality and diversify tourism products, Tien Lang district needs to combine with local cultural tourism resources, at the same time combine with surrounding areas, build rich tourism products. The strengths of Tien Lang tourism are eco-tourism and cultural tourism, so developing Tien Lang tourism must always go hand in hand with restoring and preserving types of cultural tourism resources. Some necessary measures to support and improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang are: strengthening the construction of technical facilities and labor force serving tourism, actively promoting and advertising tourism, and expanding forms of capital mobilization for tourism development.
CONCLUDE
I Conclusion
1. Based on the results achieved within the framework of the thesis's needs, some basic conclusions can be drawn as follows:
Tien Lang is a locality with great potential for tourism development. The relatively abundant cultural tourism resources and ecological tourism resources have great appeal to tourists. Based on this potential, Tien Lang can build a unique tourism industry that is competitive enough with other localities within Hai Phong city and neighboring areas.
In recent years, the exploitation of the advantages of resources to develop tourism and build tourist routes in Tien Lang has not been commensurate with the available potential. In terms of quantity, many resource objects have not been brought into the purpose of tourism development. In terms of time, the regular service time has not been extended to attract more visitors. Infrastructure and technical facilities are still weak. The labor force is still thin and weak in terms of expertise. Tourism programs and routes have not been organized properly, the exploitation content is still monotonous, so it has not attracted many visitors. Although resources have not been mobilized much for tourism development, they are facing the risk of destruction and degradation.
2. Based on the results of investigation, analysis, synthesis, evaluation and selective absorption of research results of related topics, the thesis has proposed a number of necessary solutions to improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang such as: promoting the restoration and conservation of tourism resources, focusing on investment and key exploitation of ecotourism resources, strengthening the construction of infrastructure and tourism workforce. Expanding forms of capital mobilization. In addition, the thesis has built a number of tourist routes of Hai Phong in which Tien Lang tourism resources play an important role.
Exploiting Tien Lang tourism resources for tourism development is currently facing many difficulties. The above measures, if applied synchronously, will likely bring new prospects for the local tourism industry, contributing to making Tien Lang tourism an important economic sector in the district's economic structure.
