Time to adjust the management solution for adult learning activities to suit the reality of the centers.
Advise the Provincial People's Committee and relevant Departments, Boards and Branches to build investment in infrastructure, strengthen teaching equipment and conditions for adult teaching at district (city) Vocational Education and Continuing Education Centers.
2.2. For District People's Committee
Strengthening policies and mobilizing people to participate in socialized education activities, thereby increasing funding for teaching activities for adults at vocational education and continuing education centers.
Create favorable conditions for land funds, tax policies, and create favorable conditions for the district-level vocational training centers and continuing education centers of Cao Bang province to improve and enhance facilities to meet the requirements of adult education.
Regularly analyze the regional labor market, forecast supply and demand, forecast trends and human resource development needs, needs of economic sectors and business sectors. On that basis, create appropriate and effective employment and vocational training policies. Thereby improving the quality of teaching activities for adults at vocational training centers and continuing education centers.
2.3. For the Director of the District Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center
Implement synchronously and effectively the management content of teaching activities for adults.
Actively advise the Department of Education and Training of Cao Bang, the People's Committees of districts to plan and develop appropriate professional training contents and forms for teachers. To improve professional qualifications and teaching capacity to suit the target group of adult learners.
The proposal is convincing to relevant Departments, Boards and sectors to invest in building modern facilities and teaching equipment to serve adult learning activities, with different contents at the Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center.
