- The form of "HN through extracurricular activities, research groups, collecting documents related to the profession that students are interested in", achieved 4.44 points, ranked first. Of which, the opinions of managers and teachers were 72 opinions as very frequent, 36 opinions as frequent, 17 opinions as normal. Students mainly study subjects in class that are heavy on theory and need to understand future careers, so students themselves participate in extracurricular HN activities outside and are formed into interest groups, from which teachers require research, collection of documents related to careers, and presentations. This is the most intuitive form to help students visualize future jobs.

- The form of "Career guidance through cultural subjects", achieved 4.24 points, ranked second. In which, the opinions of managers and teachers are 55 opinions are very frequent, 45 opinions are frequent, 25 opinions are normal, students participating in the main cultural subjects at school will form a block of study corresponding to the future major, career orientation through cultural subjects is used quite often in schools in the area when the conditions of some schools are too far away, deep and do not approach the practical form of vocational education.

- The form of "HN through activities such as reading newspapers, listening to the radio, introducing books, watching movies to learn about the characteristics and requirements of the professions that need to be developed", achieved 4.06 points, ranked third. Of which, the opinions of managers and teachers were 58 opinions that it is very frequent, 36 opinions that it is frequent, 17 opinions that it is normal; 8 opinions that it is rare and 6 opinions that it is never. Along with practical GDHN, learning culture in class, students in the area can also watch and learn about documents about professions that are in need of a lot of human resources, requiring ethics, qualities, qualifications, and skills through reports, television, radio and the internet.

- The form "HN through coordinated activities with the Youth Union and the Team organizes seminars, forums, and publishes wall newspapers on career choices", achieving

3.9 points, ranked fourth. Of which, 49 opinions of managers and teachers were very often, 35 opinions were often, 26 opinions were normal; 9 opinions were rarely and 6 opinions were never. At schools, through the Youth Union and Team programs, activities such as drama, theater, and interaction through Youth Union activities at visited units have helped students form interests in a certain career, such as letting them act out plays, play the role of a certain career, this not only helps them entertain but also guides their actions and thinking about specific careers.

- The form of "Internship through practice, technical work and production", achieved 3.88 points, ranked fifth. Of which, 27 opinions of managers and teachers were very frequent, 70 opinions were frequent, 17 opinions were normal; 8 opinions were rarely and 3 opinions were never. The school has a number of programs to help students participate in learning at some production facilities and businesses in the area (hydroelectric power plants, forestry farms, farms...) to help students observe, learn and try to do some work at the unit, this is rarely applied by schools because it requires travel, the facilities of some units are not guaranteed, so it is not popular and widespread to other schools.

- The form of "Internship through activities of meeting and discussing about careers with managers or successful people in the profession" achieved 3.59 points, ranked sixth. Of which, the opinions of managers and teachers were 27 opinions as very often, 44 opinions as often, 35 opinions as normal; 14 opinions as rarely and 5 opinions as never. Schools have now carried out the activity of inviting typical individual representatives from businesses, units or organizations with individuals who work well in certain professions, this is good career education for students, however, because schools in Van Ban district are far from the city center, inviting representative members is difficult due to the terrain, besides, schools cannot simultaneously invite a series of these representatives to talk, orient and discuss about students' careers on a regular basis. Typical examples

In other areas, there is no time to participate with the school, so this form is rarely applied.

- The form of "HN through activities of visiting production facilities and vocational schools" achieved 3.51 points, ranked seventh. Of which, 24 opinions of managers and teachers were very frequent, 52 opinions were frequent, 22 opinions were normal; 18 opinions were rare and 9 opinions were never. In the province, visiting vocational schools is limited due to the long distance, besides the small number of schools, the physical facilities are not enough to ensure the operation and guidance of students, so it is not applied regularly.

Thus, it can be seen that for secondary school students in Van Ban area, it will be suitable for the form of organizing vocational education such as cultural studies; extracurricular activities in the area such as visiting production facilities, sightseeing, picnics, reading books, newspapers, internet, etc.; these are important bases to help school principals have measures to build program plans, resources, teacher quality associated with the effectiveness of practical implementation of vocational education.
