Second, with the current innovation in teaching methods to promote the positivity, initiative and creativity of learners, the presentation method has not met the requirements well. Third, in response to the requirements of education and training innovation, teaching and learning is centered on learners, so active teaching and learning has been and is being implemented best in centers, this is also a requirement for teaching and learning in centers in the direction of a learning society. Fourth, the majority of learners in centers are older students, with low input quality, so the teaching and learning method aimed at learners according to educational innovation is still at a low level.

In addition, as older people, those who have little education or have dropped out of school for a long time, adults often have certain limitations in cognitive ability. Reaction speed, hearing, vision, movement, attention, memory, etc. of adults are generally reduced. People with limited cultural level, dropped out of school for a long time, entered production labor early, have limited problem-solving ability of a theoretical nature. The thinking of adults in the community is mainly formed through production labor and life, developing incompletely and unbalanced. They are not used to thinking in general, thinking with concepts.
