- Age group and Gender: the age of tourists interviewed by the author is mainly young people under 26 years old and around 26 to 35 years old as shown in Table 4.4, this is also the age group with good health and a fairly stable financial background or conditions to participate in discovery tourism activities. The age group from 36 to over 50 years old travels quite little, this is explained by the reason that old age is not suitable for traveling by train, car, and boat (due to having to go to the islands)... If you visit the bay, you can only watch the sea on land and enjoy the fresh air.
According to many studies, women today have more travel needs than men. The actual survey data presented specifically in Table 4.4 has verified this, the proportion of women is 56.7% compared to the proportion of men is 43.3%. The reason for this choice is probably because travel is very good for women's health and spiritual beauty.

d) Reasons for choosing Nha Trang Bay
With the purpose of the trip already given, the reason for choosing the tourist destination shown in Figure 4.4 can be explained as follows: tourists choose Nha Trang Bay mostly because of the natural landscape combined with traveling with friends. The remaining few choose to travel in Nha Trang Bay because of the cheap price and quality of service. And other cases are traveling in Nha Trang mainly to participate in the Cham tower festival of the Cham people in Khanh Hoa.

b) Tourists' environmental concerns
One of the many functions of the Nha Trang Bay Marine Protected Area Management Board or of all other organizations is to educate and raise awareness among local fishermen, some individuals and organizations related to different purposes. However, environmental concerns are still mainly personal issues, depending on occupation, age, education level, living environment, environmental issues arise and they learn about them in many different ways.
- Environmental issues of concern: with the pre-identified environmental issues shown in Figure 4.5, the environmental issues of most concern are waste and odors caused by waste as well as drainage problems, which are also environmental issues for people in large cities because most of the tourists coming to the bay are from large cities in the country as analyzed above. Next are dust and noise. Regarding the issue of landslides, only tourists are concerned, while local people are hardly concerned because this phenomenon rarely occurs in the bay or the locality.

- Level of environmental information research: today, environmental issues are not only the problem of an individual, an organization or a country. Most of the interviewees have a more or less level of interest in the environment. The parameters in chart 4.6 show that the level of interest in self-studying environmental information of tourists accounts for 50% of the total. However, the level of tourists studying environmental information is still not really the majority, not really becoming a habit of the community, it is necessary to further raise awareness of studying environmental information so that the community can take practical actions to protect the environment.

- The means by which tourists learn and collect environmental information are traditional means such as television - radio, books - newspapers, these are still the most popular, widespread and effective means. The community often does not only use one means of information, but in the present era they can easily access many means at the same time, clearly shown in Figure 4.7. Modern means today such as the Internet are mostly favored by young people, but not everyone has them.

- Percentage of opinions assessing the level of pollution in the bay and comparing the environmental quality here with other tourist destinations: Figure 4.9 shows that the pollution problem in the bay is there, but not significant. At the same time, the environmental quality in the bay is also assessed by tourists as less polluted than other tourist destinations. This is a good sign for the tourism industry in Nha Trang Bay because there is still a lot of tourism potential and there is still the ability to restore and better preserve the environmental quality in the bay.

- Rate of opinions on service quality compared to other tourist destinations: the trend of any communication industry is to put service quality first, especially the tourism industry. In addition to environmental quality, service quality also plays a role.

when visiting Nha Trang Bay, so that tourists not only visit the bay once but also many times after.
According to chart 4.10, we see two opinions. Local people rated the service quality as poor with 60%, and the rate of rating the service quality as good and very good was much lower. On the contrary, for tourists, the service in Nha Trang is relatively good compared to other tourist destinations. This is also an issue that needs to be oriented for service staff and direct managers of tourism services, to treat and serve all customers fairly, that is the professional and sustainable style for the tourism industry of the province.
