- Firstly, coordinate with the General Department of Tourism to develop a strategy to promote provincial tourism, increase investment in promotion. Guide tourists to voluntarily implement regulations, rules, and codes of conduct when participating in tourism.

- There are strong enough sanctions to handle cases of taking advantage of tourism activities to organize and participate in social evils, causing insecurity, disorder, and traffic safety according to the provisions of law.

4.3.2. For the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism

- Coordinate with other ministries and sectors to create favorable conditions for the tourism industry. Support Thanh Hoa tourism training institutions to access and cooperate with domestic tourism training institutions with developed tourism industries; improve the staff of civil servants to advise on training and human resource development.
