4.2. SOME EXPERIENCES

In order to have correct and appropriate policies and guidelines in the process of leading industrial development, first of all, the Provincial Party Committee always fully and deeply understands the importance of industry to the cause of industrialization and modernization of the locality. On the other hand, the Provincial Party Committee must identify this as one of the important strategic tasks to implement the Party's viewpoints and guidelines on industrialization, modernization and international integration in the new conditions. Therefore, the issue of industrial development of the province is deeply and thoroughly understood by every cadre, party member and the masses.
Based on the recognition of this importance, right from the re-establishment of the province, the Party Committee immediately started leading the implementation of industrial development with the following goals:
