SUMMARY
Doan Hung is a midland mountainous district, located at the border junction between Phu Tho province and Yen Bai and Tuyen Quang provinces. Along with the economic development in the country's renovation, especially in the past 10 years, Doan Hung district's economy has made progress, with a high and stable economic growth rate. Doan Hung's economic structure is "Agriculture - forestry - industry - handicrafts - services". It is a district with a developing economy, with an average income per capita of 28 million VND/year. People's lives have gradually improved in both material and cultural aspects. Since then, the need for Social Insurance in general and Voluntary Social Insurance in particular has gradually become urgent for the people in the district. In addition to the basic contents, Voluntary Social Insurance Collection Management also poses outstanding issues for leaders at all levels such as: Managing subjects effectively and aiming to develop participants in the district; Revenue management;… By using the methodology and group of methods for collecting, synthesizing and processing data, the author has clarified: Some theoretical bases and practical experiences in managing voluntary social insurance collection at the district level; Analyzing and evaluating the current status of voluntary social insurance collection management in Doan Hung district; thereby providing some orientations and solutions to improve the management of voluntary social insurance collection at Doan Hung District Social Insurance in the period up to 2025 and the following years.
