In the current era of information explosion, those who thoroughly implement the propaganda of the resolution need to grasp information quickly and promptly, evaluate the content of the information provided to have a correct and comprehensive view. If they do not grasp the information promptly, the propaganda staff will become outdated, behind the times and then the information content they provide will not be convincing enough to the audience. At the same time, the staff needs to be highly responsible in their work, enthusiastically complete the assigned tasks, and not be afraid of difficulties or hardships. This shows that improving the quality of the reporting staff is a necessary task and needs to be prioritized first in the coming time. To improve the quality of this team, it is necessary to receive attention and direction from departments, branches and organizations.
In recent years, under the guidance of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has directed Party committees at all levels, authorities, departments, branches and organizations to focus on building and developing a team of cadres to do ideological and propaganda work from the district to the grassroots level. Forms, methods and means need to be flexibly used by the subject in implementing the Resolution such as: oral implementation, written implementation, discussion, seminar, research contest, contests, leaflets, slogans.
The writing contests of managers on solutions to comprehensively innovate education in the district, specifically in schools, will certainly attract the attention of teachers and students, parents and the whole society in general. From there, especially teachers and students will raise their awareness, understanding and responsibility towards good behavior to contribute to the industry and to the task of learning.

Because mass organizations, the Parents' Association, and families are the ones who understand better than anyone the psychological characteristics of their children. And they are the ones who spend the most time with their children. Therefore, families understand very well the psychological characteristics of their children in order to have methods or coordinate with the school to effectively manage and educate their children; the family is the premise for forming and developing the personality of students.
However, in reality, many parents are so engrossed in their work that they do not care about their children's lives, thoughts, and aspirations.
