To improve the quality of this team, it is necessary to receive attention and direction from departments, branches and organizations.

In recent years, under the guidance of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has directed Party committees at all levels, authorities, departments, branches and organizations to focus on building and developing a team of cadres to do ideological and propaganda work from the district to the grassroots level. The writing contests of managers on solutions to comprehensively innovate education in the district, specifically in schools, will certainly attract the attention of teachers and students, parents and the whole society in general. From there, especially teachers and students will raise their awareness, understanding and responsibility towards good behavior to contribute to the industry and to the task of learning.
