Disinfect microorganisms in water sources to produce Bau Da wine; invest in treating clean land areas or cooperate with farmers to have clean farming methods to grow leaves used in the production of Huyen market nem, Binh Dinh tre, and gai leaf cake such as guava leaves, banana leaves, and gai leaves... to ensure that these leaves do not contain microorganisms that affect the quality of the product.
State agencies can support craft villagers with appropriate technical measures to diversify products based on traditional original products but still retain the soul of the traditional flavor of that product, for example: pink cake, in addition to the traditional pink and opaque white color, can find a way to make it lemon yellow or pineapple green by using natural colors taken from vegetables, tubers and fruits to make it more beautiful but still retain the original flavor of pink cake; Bau Da wine currently has Bau Da rice wine, Bau Da sticky rice wine and Bau Da green bean wine, can Bau Da brown rice wine or Bau Da barley wine be produced? If it can be done so and the quality is no different from traditional products, it will surely make customers very happy and supportive because people always want to enjoy new things.
3.3.4. Group of solutions on propaganda and promotion work
In addition to filming promotional clips about the province's culinary specialties and broadcasting them on the television channels of Vietnam Television, Ho Chi Minh City Television, VTC Digital Television, the largest online video sharing channel Youtube..., it is thought that these clips should be shared for free to hotels, restaurants, and tourist areas both in and outside the province and broadcast by these establishments in public areas such as reception halls, reception halls, communal dining rooms... these areas are often crowded with customers, they will watch and remember. Then they can learn about, experience the dishes themselves and introduce them to relatives and friends to enjoy, through which, the culinary culture of Binh Dinh will be promoted more widely.

Due to limited knowledge and research time, the thesis inevitably has shortcomings. Therefore, I look forward to receiving guidance from teachers, experts as well as your comments to make the thesis more complete.
Chapter III Conclusion
Through the issues presented in Chapter II, we can come to some conclusions:
Based on the strengths of available tourism resources, the types of tourism in Tien Lang that need to be promoted in the coming time are sightseeing and resort tourism, discovery tourism, weekend tourism. To improve the quality and diversify tourism products, Tien Lang district needs to combine with local cultural tourism resources, at the same time combine with surrounding areas, build rich tourism products. The strengths of Tien Lang tourism are eco-tourism and cultural tourism, so developing Tien Lang tourism must always go hand in hand with restoring and preserving types of cultural tourism resources. Some necessary measures to support and improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang are: strengthening the construction of technical facilities and labor force serving tourism, actively promoting and advertising tourism, and expanding forms of capital mobilization for tourism development.
CONCLUDE
I Conclusion
1. Based on the results achieved within the framework of the thesis's needs, some basic conclusions can be drawn as follows:
Tien Lang is a locality with great potential for tourism development. The relatively abundant cultural tourism resources and ecological tourism resources have great appeal to tourists. Based on this potential, Tien Lang can build a unique tourism industry that is competitive enough with other localities within Hai Phong city and neighboring areas.
In recent years, the exploitation of the advantages of resources to develop tourism and build tourist routes in Tien Lang has not been commensurate with the available potential. In terms of quantity, many resource objects have not been brought into the purpose of tourism development. In terms of time, the regular service time has not been extended to attract more visitors. Infrastructure and technical facilities are still weak. The labor force is still thin and weak in terms of expertise. Tourism programs and routes have not been organized properly, the exploitation content is still monotonous, so it has not attracted many visitors. Although resources have not been mobilized much for tourism development, they are facing the risk of destruction and degradation.
2. Based on the results of investigation, analysis, synthesis, evaluation and selective absorption of research results of related topics, the thesis has proposed a number of necessary solutions to improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang such as: promoting the restoration and conservation of tourism resources, focusing on investment and key exploitation of ecotourism resources, strengthening the construction of infrastructure and tourism workforce. Expanding forms of capital mobilization. In addition, the thesis has built a number of tourist routes of Hai Phong in which Tien Lang tourism resources play an important role.
Exploiting Tien Lang tourism resources for tourism development is currently facing many difficulties. The above measures, if applied synchronously, will likely bring new prospects for the local tourism industry, contributing to making Tien Lang tourism an important economic sector in the district's economic structure.

Solutions to Mobilize Investment Resources for Tourism Human Resource Development
Binh Dinh tourism industry should consider building culinary craft villages or culinary neighborhoods specializing in serving local specialties and drinks.

Locally, these culinary villages and food streets should be built in concentrated areas in the inner city, the center of towns and cities with an easily connected traffic system. This helps tourists who stop in Binh Dinh but do not have much time to have the opportunity to learn and explore the unique features of the local culinary culture, or currently there are customers who like the trend of independent travel, traveling in groups of friends or family who do not like to follow company tours. Although traveling in this way allows people to freely explore according to their own interests, however, when they are unfamiliar with the area and do not have a tour guide, concentrated food streets are a convenient choice when they want to start exploring a new tourist destination. During the time people stop to recharge, local people can provide them with a lot of useful information.
It is possible to order the development of many games about learning about culinary dishes based on the two popular mobile platforms today, iOS and Android, to popularize the image of culinary tourism to a larger number of tourists, such as: the game of guessing the name of the dish through the randomly appearing ingredients and the image of the ingredients is missing some details or the game of cooking local dishes through the sample clips of the dish being played first, then the ingredients used to prepare the dish appear next. Players must use their memory to arrange the sequence, how to combine the ingredients, the amount of ingredients, and the cooking time to complete their own virtual dish. State agencies or tourism business units can sponsor through the application developer to award players who complete correctly and in the fastest time to directly participate in tours to enjoy the dishes they have competed in. Through mobile applications will help promote Binh Dinh cuisine to more people.
To make it more convenient for tourists, government agencies should cooperate with application developers to create an application that specializes in searching for local culinary specialties depending on the geographical location of the tourist.
guests are present, this makes it easy for visitors to find and know the most convenient way to access the cuisines they are interested in.
Managers and state agencies need to promote the image of food business people in the province. We need to organize talks with vendors about business culture, encourage everyone to sign a commitment to always preserve the common business culture that has made Binh Dinh cuisine famous, absolutely not doing business in a snatch-and-grab manner that affects customers and the reputation of Binh Dinh culinary tourism; instruct everyone on how to offer and sell goods so that they can sell the most goods, gain the most profit for the store but still ensure the quality of goods, serve customers in the best way with the most reasonable price.
Authorities need to guide people to register trademarks to easily promote and develop their brands while being protected by law when there is copyright infringement or counterfeiting of Binh Dinh cuisine. It is necessary to promote the construction of restaurants or neighborhoods specializing in selling Binh Dinh cuisine in big cities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang City so that tourists can enjoy the original flavors of Binh Dinh in these places.
Among the many culinary specialties of Binh Dinh, it is thought that the tourism industry of the province should choose a product that can be considered typical of Binh Dinh, Bau Da wine, to focus on promoting because the water source for distilling wine is unique to the province. No matter how hard you try, other places cannot make Bau Da wine with the color, flavor, alcohol content... as special as here; the method of distilling wine and yeast for making wine are also carefully preserved by winemakers and passed down to the next generations.
State agencies need to have plans and ways to call on and mobilize excellent, reputable, and branded culinary artists and chefs to participate in performing the preparation of the province's specialties at tourist areas, restaurants, and hotels. At the same time, it is also necessary to notify the establishments where cooking performances take place that need support.
effective for the participants to achieve the best results. Through these performances, all parties benefit, the province's culinary culture is brought closer to tourists, tourism establishments promote their brands, and tourists have the opportunity to enjoy famous dishes and drinks right at the place they are visiting and staying without having to travel too far.
Although Binh Dinh culinary tourism needs to create many breakthroughs in propaganda and promotion, it is not because of that that we are willing to trade the identity and existing cultural characteristics of the culinary culture to serve the culinary dishes that can reach the majority of customers such as changing the way of combining spices to suit the taste of the enjoyer, shortening the processing time to have culinary dishes served to customers faster... if we compromise with these changes, we will gradually lose the uniqueness and unique cultural features of Binh Dinh cuisine. Therefore, in addition to promoting the coverage of Binh Dinh culinary culture, we must always be aware of preserving the typical culinary culture of Binh Dinh.
CHAPTER 3 SUMMARY
Chapter 3 has presented the basis for building orientations and giving directions for developing culinary tourism in Binh Dinh province. Chapter 3 has closely followed the existing problems mentioned in the current situation of Chapter 2, thereby proposing feasible groups of solutions to develop culinary tourism such as: a group of solutions on management activities of State agencies; a group of solutions on developing infrastructure and technical facilities; a group of solutions on training human resources and a group of solutions on propaganda and promotion; at the same time, it has also raised a number of recommendations for relevant agencies to help culinary tourism in Binh Dinh have the best conditions for development.
CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Conclusion
Our beautiful country of Vietnam today has gone through thousands of years of struggle to build and defend the country with many different ancient cultures. If we talk about the North, there is the Dong Son culture (belonging to the Iron Age, from 700 BC to 100 AD), the South has the Oc Eo culture (belonging to the Iron Age, from 1 AD to 630 AD), and the Central region, including Binh Dinh, has the Sa Huynh culture (belonging to the Iron Age, from 1000 BC to 200 AD) (Office of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province, 2015). Because the people of Binh Dinh are aware that they are inheriting such a great and meaningful cultural source, every citizen of the province feels proud and always strives to preserve, maintain and promote the traditional cultural capital of their ancestors from thousands of years ago to make life more and more beautiful. Anyone who has had the opportunity to visit Binh Dinh must have been very impressed with the massive architecture, majestic and ancient appearance of the Cham towers such as: Doi tower, Banh It tower, Duong Long tower... The techniques used in the construction architecture of the ancients are still a mystery to scientists. When talking about Binh Dinh, we cannot help but mention the name of the excellent playwright Dao Tan and the talented love poets Xuan Dieu, Han Mac Tu... In the Tay Son peasant uprising movement, under the leadership of the three Tay Son brothers, the outstanding leader was the genius leader, the cloth-clothed hero Quang Trung - Nguyen Hue, after defeating the internal and external enemies, he carried out what was considered a cultural revolution when he used Nom script as the official script instead of using Han script as before. During the two long resistance wars to defeat foreign invaders and preserve the territorial integrity of Vietnam, the chants of Bài Chòi and Tuồng songs were used to encourage the soldiers' spirit, alleviate some of the difficulties and deprivations during wartime, and add some spiritual strength to the soldiers to fight and defeat any powerful enemy.
A few sketches of culture in the past period show the importance of culture. Nowadays, culture needs to be placed in a mutual relationship with the economy because although culture is one of the driving forces for local economic development, it depends on local economic conditions. The economy in Binh Dinh is also in the period of industrialization and modernization along with the economy of the whole country. Therefore, in order to effectively exploit the culinary culture in Binh Dinh to serve the development of the province's tourism industry, thereby contributing to the overall economic development of the province; the topic has systematized the theoretical basis related to culinary tourism, deeply studied the potential and current status of culinary tourism exploitation in the province, proposed the most feasible solutions to best exploit the value of culinary culture in Binh Dinh province to develop tourism. However, currently, the cuisine in the province is still small-scale production in households, not enough to serve the needs of tourists, especially during the main tourist season or when the province organizes major events such as: International Festival of Vietnamese Traditional Martial Arts, Dong Da Festival... Therefore, the author hopes that the cuisine needs to be invested in by the authorities, production households in craft villages, culinary artisans, restaurants, and culinary businesses to expand the scale of production, maintain quality, strengthen the reputation of the brand, do a good job of promotion - promotion to serve tourism development, preserve the unique cultural features of the cuisine from being lost, mixed to develop more strongly the culinary tourism sector into a strong brand of Binh Dinh tourism besides the sea and island tourism, cultural - historical - spiritual tourism which is developing quite well in the province.
2. Recommendations
2.1. Recommendations to the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province
It is necessary to create more favorable conditions for the development of culinary tourism in the province, such as increasing investment capital to build and expand culinary processing villages.
Pay attention to the construction of a traffic system connecting the national highway to the craft village, and the location sign system should be as specific as possible to
create conditions for tourism businesses to exploit craft village tours, making it easy for visitors to find craft villages.
Organize more fairs to introduce products of traditional craft villages in the locality, and have booths dedicated to culinary craft villages. Create conditions for artisans in craft villages to meet, exchange and share experiences at culinary fairs nationwide or internationally to have the opportunity to learn and enhance the quintessence of the craft while promoting the unique culinary culture of the province.
Currently, tourism products and services in the province in terms of culinary culture are still very poor, although Quy Nhon night market has recently been in operation since October 5, 2017, a model combining the sale of handicrafts, souvenirs, shoes, handbags, ready-made clothes... and food stalls that have been licensed to operate for 5 years, but currently the opening hours are too short (from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily). It is thought that nighttime entertainment activities in the center of Quy Nhon City are still monotonous, so it is possible to pilot a night market model that operates all night, both adding more places for tourists to visit and promoting Binh Dinh cuisine. However, it is necessary to always ensure security and order, environmental sanitation and food safety to attract and retain tourists.
2.2. Recommendations for Binh Dinh Provincial Department of Tourism
It is necessary to organize regular skill competitions to honor artisans and craft villages that have made great contributions to culinary tourism in the province.
Conduct surveys and organize many tours to culinary craft villages, consult with functional agencies such as the Provincial People's Committee, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Science and Technology to issue certificates of trademark registration for unique culinary products, support people in designing models, labels, and packaging to bring products to market.
2.3. Recommendations to the Department of Food Safety and Hygiene of Binh Dinh province
Regularly organize classes to disseminate knowledge about food safety and hygiene for artisans in craft villages; restaurant staff; and food and beverage establishments. After the class, there will be a test to assess knowledge and issue certificates.
Regularly inspect, urge and remind craft villages, restaurants and food service establishments about ensuring food safety and hygiene in preparing dishes and serving customers.
Organize the printing of leaflets about signs of food that does not ensure food safety and hygiene to distribute widely in the community and tourists so that everyone knows to stay away from these foods; at the same time, widely publicize and print a list of restaurants and food establishments that ensure food safety and hygiene so that tourists know and use the services at these locations.
2.4. Recommendations to people, individuals, and businesses providing culinary services for tourism
Always be aware of processing and trading food dishes that are prepared to ensure food safety and hygiene; the spirit of customer service is always maintained at the highest level; always be receptive and listen to the opinions and suggestions of customers and authorities to improve service quality.
Always be conscious of self-learning to improve processing skills, customer service, ensure environmental hygiene at the business location and surrounding environment.
Always maintain brand reputation, have plans to expand brand promotion scope.
People need to actively cooperate with authorities in building the image of Binh Dinh as a safe, friendly and hospitable tourist destination.
People are willing to help tourists to the best of their ability enthusiastically and effectively, participating in activities to ensure the environment is always clean and beautiful.
