1.2. Basic concepts of the topic
1.2.1. Management

There are many different concepts and understandings of management:
H. Koontz believes that: Management is an essential activity, it ensures the coordination of individual efforts to achieve the goals of the organization. Thus, for Koontz, management is an activity of coordinating individuals and forces to achieve the goals set by the organization [16].
According to Annapu FF, management is a social system, a science, an art of influencing a social system, mainly managing people to achieve certain goals. That system is both static and stable, including many components that interact with each other [16].
According to authors Nguyen Quoc Chi and Nguyen Thi My Loc, management activities are oriented and purposeful activities of the management subject (manager) to the management object (managed person) in an organization to make the organization operate and achieve the organization's goals [6, p.15].
According to author Nguyen Ngoc Quang: " Management is the purposeful and planned impact of the management subject on the workers (management object) to achieve the expected goals " 17 .
From the above concepts, we see that from different perspectives there are many different concepts of management, this concept depends on the subjective view and the purpose of the system's operation. But we can understand in general: Managing a unit (production facility, agency, school, enterprise...) as a social system is the science and art of influencing the system, on
in the system elements by appropriate methods to achieve the set goals. Although there are different approaches, in the research process, the author found that the concept of management includes some common meanings:
- Management is the activities to ensure the common goal of completing work through the efforts of individuals in the organization. The object of management is a complete social system like a living body consisting of many organically linked elements according to a certain law existing in a specific time and space.
- The ultimate goal of management is product quality for the benefit of serving people. Management is essentially the scientific study of the art of solving extremely complex human relationships, not only between subjects and objects in the system but also in the interactive relationship with other systems to achieve the common goal of the organization.
Thus, the nature of management is a type of labor to control labor. It is the process of oriented impact of the management subject on the management object to effectively use the potentials and opportunities of the organization to set in the changing conditions of the environment. As society develops, the types of labor become more and more diverse, complex and sophisticated, so management activities play an increasingly important and decisive role for the organization to reach its destination by the shortest and most effective way. With the nature of a science and art in controlling and coordinating human efforts for a common goal. In modern society, the science and art of management are promoted.
Inheriting the above concepts of management, we can understand: Management is the conscious, targeted impact of the management subject on the management object to achieve the set goals.
1.2.2. Ethics - lifestyle
* Morality:
Ethics is a form of social consciousness, a synthesis of rules, principles, and social norms by which people self-regulate their behavior to suit human interests, happiness, and social progress in relationships between people and between individuals and society.
In the Vietnamese Dictionary by author Hoang Phe, the concept of ethics is defined as follows: Ethics is “1. Standards and principles recognized by public opinion, the relationships between people and with society; 2. Good human qualities that result from cultivating according to ethical standards” [18, p.365].
According to Professor Pham Minh Hac, “Ethics, in the narrow sense, are morals, regulations, and standards of conduct in human relationships. But in the present conditions, human relationships have also expanded ethics to include regulations and standards of conduct between people, work, and themselves, including nature and the living environment” [12, p.35].
According to Pham Khac Chuong, “Ethics is a form of social consciousness that reflects social existence, reflects social relations implemented on an economic basis. The development of social ethics from low to high is like the value ladder of human civilization, on the basis of the development of productive forces and through struggle, selection, and inheritance, the ethical content becomes increasingly richer and more complete” [7, p.25].
Although there are many different definitions of ethics, it can be summarized as follows: Ethics is a system of rules and social norms by which people voluntarily adjust their behavior and conduct to suit the interests of the community and society.
* Lifestyle:
According to the Vietnamese dictionary, lifestyle is understood as: "typical features, repeated and shaped into styles, habits in the life of an individual, social group, nation, or an entire culture. Personal lifestyle is characterized by views on reality, personality, personal identity as well as influences from the surrounding environment such as family, place of residence, education, culture and especially media [18, p.734].
Human lifestyle is the subjective aspects of culture, the process of realizing cultural values through human life activities.
Lifestyle includes all life activities and ways of carrying out life activities accepted and practiced by a large part or the whole group or community of people in a relatively stable period of time, placed in the dialectical interaction of existing living conditions and in their historical relationships.
In other words, lifestyle contains cultural values, including behavioral patterns and social values expressed in all life activities of nations, social groups, individuals and reflects the synthesis of all structures, cultures, and cultural characteristics of people or communities in a certain socio-economic form.
Lifestyle reflects the existence and characteristics of each historical period, therefore, besides universality, lifestyle also reflects the uniqueness and characteristics of each ethnic group and each residential area.
From the above analysis, it can be understood that: Lifestyle is typical features that are repeated and shaped into styles and habits in the lives of individuals or social groups.
* Ethics - lifestyle:
From the two concepts of ethics and lifestyle mentioned above, it can be understood that: Ethics - lifestyle are all the rules and social norms that regulate all behaviors and ways of conduct that have become human habits in life.
