CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS


1. Conclusion

Measures to manage teaching activities of Literature subject integrated with TLVM lifestyle education are a practical requirement to improve the quality of teaching and learning of Language subject of teachers and students of Van Ha Secondary School. In fact, the management work is still inadequate, managers need to find the causes and solutions to overcome those shortcomings.

With such awareness, the topic has focused on studying theoretical and practical issues to propose necessary and feasible measures to improve the quality of teaching Literature integrated with TLVM lifestyle education at Van Ha Secondary School in particular and secondary schools in Dong Anh district in general. The thesis has studied the theoretical and practical bases related to management, educational management, school management; theory of teaching activities of Literature integrated with TLVM lifestyle education.

Theoretical basis affirms the need for measures to manage teaching activities of Literature integrated with education on TLVM lifestyle in secondary schools. Factors such as teachers, students, managers, technical facilities, and training programs are all related to the quality of teaching and learning. Managers who have measures to positively impact these factors will contribute to improving the teaching situation of the school.

The comprehensive and systematic theoretical research has helped the author have a scientific basis to study the current status of managing teaching activities of Literature integrated with TLVM lifestyle education in secondary schools.

For People's Committee of Dong Anh District - Hanoi

The thesis has conducted a relatively complete study on the current situation of teaching management of Literature integrated with TLVM lifestyle education at Van Ha Secondary School through data collection, through survey forms of opinions of teachers, students and managers on related issues. The research results show that the current situation of teaching management of Literature integrated with TLVM lifestyle education at Van Ha Secondary School still has many shortcomings: such as management of program content, teaching methods; management of student assessment and evaluation; management of student learning activities; management of facilities, teaching means, etc. Through the collected data, the author also compares and explains the remaining shortcomings.

Based on the theoretical and practical foundations studied, we would like to boldly propose 5 groups of measures to manage teaching activities of Literature integrated with TLVM lifestyle education:

- Group of measures for managing activities of building and implementing plans;

- Group of measures to manage teaching activities integrating education on elegant and civilized lifestyle of teachers;

- Group of measures to manage students' learning activities;

- Group of measures to manage the use of teaching facilities and equipment;

- Group of measures to manage students' practical activities.

The measures are aimed at managing well the teaching and learning of Literature integrated with TLVM lifestyle education to improve the quality of teaching and learning Literature at Van Ha Secondary School. The measures are the concrete application of scientific management theory and the opinions of teachers and managers. The survey results have demonstrated the necessity and feasibility of the proposed measures.

Thus, the scientific hypothesis of the topic has been proven. However, in order for the measures to be completed and have practical effectiveness, we really need the contributions of teachers, experts in educational management and colleagues.

2.1. For Hanoi Department of Education and Training

- Specify the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Training for timely implementation in districts.


- Strengthen the organization for districts to exchange with schools

High achievement, experienced, creative in innovative management of teaching methods for Literature subject in secondary school integrated with TLVM lifestyle education.

- Synchronously invest in teaching centers for districts to innovate teaching methods in general and teaching methods for Literature in particular.

- Regularly organize management training courses, organize seminars or training courses to improve management capacity for secondary school management staff.

- Strengthen the inspection and evaluation of managers and schools to help them promptly correct errors in their work.

- Organize many forms of emulation for good teaching, especially encouraging the application of information technology in teaching, with timely rewards to help teachers and schools constantly improve in their work, properly implementing the goals and requirements of innovation in current secondary education.

2.2. For the People's Committee of Dong Anh district - Hanoi

- Implement the National Target Program, organize training and fostering of political theory, state management theory, information technology, foreign languages, fostering of management records and inspection records for cadres to improve the quality of the educational management staff in the whole district. Coordinate with specialized departments to open professional training courses on innovation of teaching methods, fostering information technology and foreign languages ​​for teachers.

- Widely disseminate the Project to improve the quality of secondary education among the people and social organizations so that they understand and participate in its implementation.

- There is a policy to support funding for self-study and self-improvement activities to improve the professional qualifications and management skills of secondary school managers and teachers.

- Add and transfer Literature teachers to Van Ha Secondary School to ensure sufficient staff because currently Van Ha Secondary School has 19 classes but only 04 Literature teachers.

2.3. For Van Ha Secondary School, Dong Anh District, Hanoi

Propose that the Party Committee and the Board of Directors issue an official document to implement measures to manage teaching activities of Literature at school.

2.4. For teachers of Literature

- Correctly perceive your role and responsibilities according to the regulations on Professional Standards for Secondary School Teachers issued by the Ministry of Education and Training.

- Always be conscious of self-study and self-improvement to improve professional qualifications, pedagogical capacity, and cultivate teachers' moral qualities. Always be conscious of striving to excel in work.

- Always responsible, dedicated to the profession, and a role model for students.
