From the evaluation results of managers and teachers on the results of testing and evaluating the results of teaching Chemistry in high schools according to the orientation of developing students' capacity, the author found that the content "Using practice reports to comprehensively evaluate the practice process" was evaluated to achieve the highest result with GPA = 3.22, the evaluation level was "Fair", the content "Requiring students to present practical problems that need to be solved" was evaluated to achieve the lowest result compared to the remaining contents, GPA = 2.14, the evaluation level was "Average".

Through the assessment results of managers and teachers on the level of implementation of the conditions for teaching Chemistry in high schools according to the orientation of developing students' capacity, the author found that the content "Providing instructions and updating information to meet the teaching of Chemistry in high schools according to the orientation of developing students' capacity" was assessed as the most frequently implemented with the average score = 3.22, the assessment level was "Frequently", the content "Ensuring financial resources for purchasing facilities and equipment" was assessed as the least frequently compared to the remaining contents, average score = 2.36, the assessment level was "Sometimes".

A survey of managers and teachers on the results of implementing the conditions for teaching Chemistry in high schools according to the orientation of developing students' capacity gave the following results:
