Theory teaching in class: is the time when teachers directly teach theory in class according to the content and program determined in the subject program and training plan.
Discussion: is the time when the teacher presides over and guides students to discuss the theoretical content defined in the course curriculum and training plan.
Exercises: is the time for teachers to guide and work with students on professional exercises, practice technical and tactical exercises identified in the subject program and training plan. Due to the fundamental differences in structure and form of exercises between subjects, exercises need to be divided into: exercises for subjects related to basic knowledge; exercises for professional subjects; exercises for tactical subjects in class; exercises for tactical subjects in the field.
Experiment: is the time when teachers guide and conduct experiments with students in class, in the laboratory, and on the field, as determined in the subject program and training plan.
Rehearsal: is the time when teachers guide and practice comprehensive exercises with students after finishing a course or a professional training period, determined in the full course program and special activity plan.
Drills are a special form of training, putting both teachers and students in situations that are relatively close to actual combat and ensuring the combat of the troops. Drills include: drills at school; field drills; night field drills.
Guiding students on field trips: is the time when teachers guide students on field trips to agencies, units or school facilities as determined in the subject program and special activity plan.
Guiding students to practice their duties: is the time when teachers guide and practice their duties with students at units according to the dispatch decision of the school.
school and Ministry of National Defense.
In addition to the time spent on the above training forms, teachers must participate in guiding students in reporting their learning outcomes and evaluating their learning outcomes: guiding students in writing graduation theses and dissertations; reading and commenting on graduation theses and dissertations; grading graduation theses and dissertations; guiding students in reviewing for exams and tests; grading exams and tests.
+ Method of recording and summarizing data:
Lecturers are responsible for strictly implementing the training forms identified in the course program and semester training plan and other plans.
Every day, week, month, semester, and school year, teachers reflect on the overall situation of time usage for training forms according to the instructions of the teacher's working time statistics book.
+ Method of converting some training forms to standard hours:
Based on the conversion coefficient of some training forms to standard hours of the General Staff [4, 9]. Through studying statistical reports of some schools and synthesizing experts' opinions, the topic proposes the conversion coefficient of some training forms to standard hours as follows:

+ Method of converting some activities to evaluate students' learning outcomes into standard hours.
When calculating the CTTK for practical training time, there are also many conflicting opinions about the time spent on evaluating learning outcomes and it is difficult for management agencies to check the accuracy of the data.
To facilitate teachers' recording and calculation of data, and to help agencies easily synthesize and check data, after consulting
The expert, the topic of building a statistical form to record and summarize data. This form is printed in the teacher's working time statistical book.

* Time for scientific research (SRE ) , including time for document compilation and time for scientific research.
- Time for document compilation:
According to the regulations of the General Staff, compiling a new page of standard documents is counted as 1.5 standard hours. There are no regulations for other documents. Currently, schools use the regulation of 1.5 standard hours/page for all types of documents, so the statistics do not accurately reflect the time spent by teachers on compiling. Based on the Ministry's standards, based on the classification of documents and consulting with teachers with experience in the field of compiling, the research topic proposes a statistical model that includes the forms of compiling and the system of converting to standard hours.

- Time spent on scientific research:
Time spent on scientific research is the time spent on theoretical and experimental research on scientific topics from the department level and above; research to improve teaching aids, teaching aids, scientific reports and the time to evaluate and accept the results of such scientific research.
Scientific topics have been classified meticulously and scientifically, in which the steps to be taken, the approval level, and the management level of those topics have been clearly identified.
In the statistics of scientific research time, only the conversion coefficient of standard document compilation time is mentioned, the part of scientific topic research has not been mentioned in any document. Currently, schools conduct statistics by taking the number of hours self-reported by teachers or taking the coefficient of 1.5/topic page as in document compilation. That makes the consistency and accuracy of the indicator not guaranteed. With the purpose of both managing the workload and managing working time while improving the efficiency of teachers' use of working time, after surveying the reports of schools and consulting with comrades in the science department and the faculty of teachers, the research topic proposes the following report form:

* Study time (G HT ):
Study time is the time spent studying professional knowledge, politics, culture, foreign languages... according to the unit's plan and schedule.
+ Study time includes: time studying in-service classes opened by the school; time participating in studying specialized topics, political regulations, etc.; time studying in-service at schools outside the military, with a decision to send to study or with the consent of the school; study time does not include; time studying long-term (from 1 year or more) at schools inside and outside the military; time studying in classes inside and outside the military but without the consent of the school.
+ Study time statistics method:
Lecturers carry out their studies according to the plan and reflect it in the statistics book. Departments and faculties periodically make reports, based on the study plan to check the teachers' records;
Study time is calculated according to working hours, study day is calculated as 8 hours.
* Professional work time (G CM ) :
- Professional activity time is the time for meetings and professional activities of the department, faculty and school.
- Professional living regime is an aspect of military management work to check, adjust and evaluate the results of performing tasks, reflected in the work plan of the department, faculty and school.
- Professional activity time is calculated according to working hours, one day of professional activity is calculated as 8 hours.
* Time for other work (G K ):
In addition to the time spent performing the tasks mentioned above, teachers of military schools are guaranteed 240 hours (30 days) to perform other tasks.
+ Party activities (according to regulations of the General Department of Politics).
+ Participate in command duty, internal affairs duty, training duty...
Time for other work is calculated according to working hours, a working day is calculated as 8 hours.
