Building Linh Son Pagoda and some historical relics - nearby cultural works to become key tourist attractions of Kien Thuy district - 11

At the same time, it is necessary to regularly update new information to avoid outdated and inaccurate information.

Print documents, leaflets, brochures, flyers... Or you can invest in creating films about tourism in the district, especially emphasizing key tourist destinations with great potential and strengths.

Advertising through tourists and local people. This way of promoting is also very effective, because it is a way of conveying and receiving information directly. If tourists have been to a tourist destination and have a good impression of it, they will be the ones who voluntarily promote the tourist destination to others.

Building Linh Son Pagoda and some historical relics - nearby cultural works to become key tourist attractions of Kien Thuy district - 11

Build more hotels and motels that meet the requirements and standards of the General Department of Tourism. Currently, in Nui Doi town, there are also a number of motels and restaurants that serve both local and tourist guests, but the quantity is still small and the quality is not high. Therefore, in addition to regularly upgrading these facilities, the district also needs to build new ones to serve the needs of tourists. At the same time, some offices should be converted into small-scale hotels such as the 3-storey District Social and Financial Office with many rooms right next to the Maitreya Buddha statue on the bank of the Da Do River. This way, you don't have to waste time and effort on building.

New and convenient location for tourists to visit and sightsee.

Build more facilities to serve the entertainment needs of tourists such as boat docks, invest in many types of large and small boats of various shapes and sizes, can be rowed by motor or hand, have beautiful designs, good quality to attract tourists

Open more new types of tourism such as duck pedaling, swimming, surfing, fishing...

Improve food services, build some 2-storey houses near Linh Son pagoda to become tourist facilities.

Expand and develop shops or shopping centers to serve the shopping needs of tourists. Currently, in Nui Doi town, there is only Nui Doi market and a 2-storey general store as a place for local people to trade and shop.

Next to cultural works or historical relics, it is necessary to build and install a system of signboards to guide visitors about those tourist attractions so that they can have certain information when visiting these places.

District leaders also need to have policies to encourage investors in tourism activities, have policies to socialize tourism services such as land allocation, tax exemption...

4.2.7. Training tourism service workers and educating local people about tourism development .

Tourism is currently a highly socialized and comprehensive economic sector, requiring a large and high-quality labor force. For Hai Phong in general and Kien Thuy district in particular, in order to develop

To develop tourism in the locality, the important requirement now is to train workers with knowledge, expertise and love for the tourism industry. Therefore, the district is required to have the following measures and policies:

Build a team of tour guides and interpreters at the site, which can be selected from those who have graduated from University or College majoring in tourism culture, or those who have not graduated from university or local people but have an understanding of the cultural traditions of their locality.

Recruiting students for vocational training classes on tables, bars, kitchens, rooms... and then sending them to vocational schools, colleges and universities specializing in tourism.

Educating local people to be aware of environmental hygiene, preserving and maintaining relics, works and traditional cultural values, building a healthy and civilized cultural life in relations with everyone to create a good impression in the hearts of tourists. Educating local people can be done in many forms, it can be done through the district radio station every day in combination with mass organizations to educate awareness of tourism services. It is possible to hold competitions to learn about tourism in schools from primary to secondary level. Build billboards to promote and propagate tourism.

4.3. Some recommendations

In recent years, cultural tourism has been rapidly restored in both quantity and depth, attracting the attention of the whole society. Valuable experiences of both good and bad things will help socio-cultural managers and local authorities make adjustments to promote higher quality and efficiency.

Before issuing regulations or laws, the opinions of cultural researchers on this issue should also be consulted by sectors and levels. There is a great need for regular coordination between management agencies and scientific research agencies, and at the same time, holding seminars on traditional culture from the central to local levels.

CONCLUDE

Nowadays, when the economy is developing strongly, the need for travel of people is becoming an indispensable need in life. Besides eco-tourism, cultural tourism is attracting a large number of tourists. Therefore, in parallel with the preservation, maintenance and promotion of traditional culture, it is also necessary to find and preserve new cultural values. Linh Son Pagoda in Nui Doi town, Kien Thuy district is a newly built pagoda, although it does not have much historical value, it has high value in terms of aesthetics, culture and beliefs . Besides, the historical relics - cultural works near Linh Son Pagoda are also attractive cultural tourist destinations, and are attracting many tourists to visit, research and learn .

Within the framework of this thesis, due to the limited time, I have not had much opportunity to study the potential of Linh Son Pagoda and the surrounding historical and cultural relics and structures as well as to propose solutions to build these relics and structures into key tourist attractions in Kien Thuy district. Therefore, my thesis will inevitably have shortcomings. I look forward to receiving comments and suggestions from teachers and researchers to improve my thesis.

To complete the thesis, I have received a lot of professional and knowledge support from many sides. I would like to thank the leaders of Kien Thuy District Cultural Office, the Management Board of Monuments, and the Venerable Abbot of Linh Son Pagoda for providing me with useful documents. I would like to thank the teachers in the Department of Culture and Tourism of Hai Phong Private University for teaching and providing me with basic knowledge during my time studying at the school. In particular, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Dr. Ta Duy Trinh - the teacher who oriented the topic and enthusiastically guided me to complete this thesis.
