Chapter 3 Conclusion
Based on the theoretical basis, general requirements of teaching Technology according to TCNL, based on the tasks of high school principals, based on the survey results of the current status of management of teaching Technology in high schools in Phu Binh district - Thai Nguyen province, the author proposes 5 measures to manage teaching Technology according to TCNL as follows:
- Organize training to raise awareness of managers, teachers and students about teaching according to TCL in general and teaching according to TCL in Technology in particular.
- Directing teachers to innovate methods and forms of organizing technology teaching according to TCNL to promote students' positivity and initiative in the teaching and learning process.

- Direct teachers to innovate methods of evaluating learning outcomes in Technology based on students' achieved abilities.

- Effectively manage and invest in facilities to serve teaching Technology according to TCL.
Each measure has different advantages and meanings in the management of teaching and learning activities of Technology in high schools according to TCNL. However, the above measures are closely related to each other, supporting each other, this measure is the basis and premise of the other measure. To improve the quality of teaching and learning in high schools, it is required that the measures be studied and implemented in a comprehensive relationship, on the basis of applying and exploiting individual strengths suitable to the actual conditions of high schools in Phu Binh district.
CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Conclusion
In the process of fundamental and comprehensive innovation of general education, especially in preparation for the new general education program, teaching according to TCNL is one of the important contents. Teaching according to TCNL requires appropriate conditions in terms of means, facilities and teaching organization, conditions of organization, management, conditions of direct teaching staff, conditions of student capacity. Based on the role of teaching activities according to TCNL, the management staff of high schools in general and the principal in particular must spend a lot of time and effort on managing this activity in order to increasingly improve the training quality of the school, meeting the increasingly high demands of society.
The survey of the current status of teaching and management of teaching activities in Technology at Phu Binh District High School - Thai Nguyen Province shows that in recent years, the management of teaching activities in general and teaching Technology according to TCL here has made progress, but there are still many shortcomings and limitations, not meeting the educational requirements in the current development situation. Thereby, the author pointed out the factors affecting the management of teaching activities leading to the above-mentioned shortcomings such as: Capacity of managers; awareness and capacity of teaching according to TCL of teachers of Technology; awareness and attitude of students in learning Technology; Technology program; Facilities serving the teaching of Technology.
The survey of the current situation allows to point out the causes of limitations and shortcomings and propose scientific and creative management measures to improve the training quality of schools. Those measures are:
- Organize training to raise awareness of managers, teachers and students about teaching according to TCL in general and teaching according to TCL in Technology in particular .
- - Directing teachers to innovate methods and forms of organizing teaching technology subjects according to TCNL to promote students' positivity and initiative in the teaching and learning process.
- Instruct teachers to guide students in self-study methods and encourage students to apply science and technology into practice.
- Direct teachers to innovate methods of evaluating learning outcomes in Technology based on students' achieved abilities.
- Effectively manage and invest in facilities to serve teaching Technology according to TCL.
The results of the experiment allow to evaluate that these measures have a very high level of necessity and feasibility. Thus, these measures can be applied to teaching management not only at Phu Binh District High School, Thai Nguyen Province but also at schools with similar educational environments and socio-economic circumstances.
2. Recommendations
2.1. On the part of the Department of Education and Training
Based on the training program of the Ministry of Education and Training, organize and implement a training plan for high school management staff in the province, paying special attention to the content of managing teaching activities according to TCNL.
Create conditions for managers and teachers of high schools in the province to receive more training on the new general education program that is being prepared to be applied to teaching in high schools from the 2021-2022 school year; especially teaching and managing teaching activities according to TCNL within the framework of the new general education program.
2.2. On the part of high school managers
School principals need to be more active in participating in training courses, self-training in management skills, grasping and promptly implementing teaching information, and teaching management according to TCNL.
Create conditions for Technology teachers to participate in learning, training to improve their qualifications, expertise, and skills, and update advanced scientific information to serve teaching activities according to TCNL.
It is necessary to raise the sense of responsibility and promptly encourage teachers who are creative in teaching Technology according to TCNL.
Organize many competitive movements in teaching and learning Technology.
Pay attention to directing the team of Technology teachers to effectively innovate teaching methods and forms suitable to the characteristics of the Technology subject, and innovate student assessment and testing.
Seek additional funding sources, invest in facilities and equipment for teaching Technology, especially practice equipment.
Open training classes and seminars to discuss teaching based on learners' competency approach.
Visit and study schools that have had success in innovating teaching methods, schools with high achievements in teaching management according to the TCL orientation.
2.3. For Technology teachers
Regularly self-improve professional qualifications, expertise and pedagogical capacity.
Use teaching methods, teaching forms, and student assessment according to TCNL.
Clearly identify the competencies that need to be formed for TCL in each lesson of Technology.
Increase the use of teaching equipment, practice equipment and application of information technology in teaching Technology.
