Due to limited knowledge and research time, the thesis inevitably has shortcomings. Therefore, I look forward to receiving guidance from teachers, experts as well as your comments to make the thesis more complete.
Chapter III Conclusion
Through the issues presented in Chapter II, we can come to some conclusions:
Based on the strengths of available tourism resources, the types of tourism in Tien Lang that need to be promoted in the coming time are sightseeing and resort tourism, discovery tourism, weekend tourism. To improve the quality and diversify tourism products, Tien Lang district needs to combine with local cultural tourism resources, at the same time combine with surrounding areas, build rich tourism products. The strengths of Tien Lang tourism are eco-tourism and cultural tourism, so developing Tien Lang tourism must always go hand in hand with restoring and preserving types of cultural tourism resources. Some necessary measures to support and improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang are: strengthening the construction of technical facilities and labor force serving tourism, actively promoting and advertising tourism, and expanding forms of capital mobilization for tourism development.
CONCLUDE
I Conclusion
1. Based on the results achieved within the framework of the thesis's needs, some basic conclusions can be drawn as follows:
Tien Lang is a locality with great potential for tourism development. The relatively abundant cultural tourism resources and ecological tourism resources have great appeal to tourists. Based on this potential, Tien Lang can build a unique tourism industry that is competitive enough with other localities within Hai Phong city and neighboring areas.
In recent years, the exploitation of the advantages of resources to develop tourism and build tourist routes in Tien Lang has not been commensurate with the available potential. In terms of quantity, many resource objects have not been brought into the purpose of tourism development. In terms of time, the regular service time has not been extended to attract more visitors. Infrastructure and technical facilities are still weak. The labor force is still thin and weak in terms of expertise. Tourism programs and routes have not been organized properly, the exploitation content is still monotonous, so it has not attracted many visitors. Although resources have not been mobilized much for tourism development, they are facing the risk of destruction and degradation.
2. Based on the results of investigation, analysis, synthesis, evaluation and selective absorption of research results of related topics, the thesis has proposed a number of necessary solutions to improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang such as: promoting the restoration and conservation of tourism resources, focusing on investment and key exploitation of ecotourism resources, strengthening the construction of infrastructure and tourism workforce. Expanding forms of capital mobilization. In addition, the thesis has built a number of tourist routes of Hai Phong in which Tien Lang tourism resources play an important role.
Exploiting Tien Lang tourism resources for tourism development is currently facing many difficulties. The above measures, if applied synchronously, will likely bring new prospects for the local tourism industry, contributing to making Tien Lang tourism an important economic sector in the district's economic structure.

PREFACE
1. Urgency of the topic
In the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country, the Vietnamese Transport sector is gradually asserting its great role. In order to build an advanced and modern Transport sector to serve the cause of innovation, the issue of human resource training as well as the issue of scientific research (NCKH) and technology development, application of advanced techniques and new technologies are of utmost importance.
As a training and research and development (R&D) center in the field of transport, over the past 60 years, Hanoi University of Transport (HUT) has trained thousands of engineers, masters, and doctors in the field of transport, as well as successfully implemented hundreds of R&D projects of practical value applied in all regions of the country. Especially in the current period, like other universities, HUT is innovating teaching and learning methods, improving training quality while promoting R&D activities, closely linking training and R&D in the transport sector.
As a component part of Hanoi University of Transport from the beginning, the Information - Library Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) has contributed significantly to the overall achievements of the school in training as well as research and development. Faced with the new requirements of the school, the Center has also constantly innovated its organization and operation methods to meet these requirements.
In recent years, the Center has modernized its facilities, improved the quality of professional activities and services for readers and information users (IDT). Information and library activities (IT - TV) are becoming more and more diverse and effective, playing an increasingly important role in meeting the information needs of different users, especially the staff - lecturers (CB - GV) of the Center.
School. Improving and perfecting information and communication activities to enhance quality and ensure information is suitable for users who are teachers and staff is the core task of the Center.
In order to understand the Center's information resources in ensuring accurate, timely and complete information for users who are staff and lecturers, and at the same time propose reasonable solutions to improve the effectiveness of serving this group of users, building the Center to develop more and more, contributing to the education - training and general research and development of the University, I chose the topic: "System of providing selective information to serve staff and lecturers at the Information Center - Library of the University of Transport" as my graduation thesis.
2. Research objectives
- Research the characteristics, roles and tasks of the Information and Communications Center of Hanoi University of Transport in relation to teaching, training and research at the University;
- Research on information needs and information assurance situation for users who are officers and teachers of the Transport industry; according to 3 faculties: Faculty of construction, faculty of mechanics and faculty of transport economics.
- Propose solutions to apply a selective information provision system to improve the quality of information services for staff and teachers of the Information and Communication Center of Hanoi University of Transport.
3. Research status of the topic
Up to now, there have been many master's theses of graduate students and graduation theses of university students written about different aspects of the Center, but in the field of research on the selective information provision system serving staff and teachers of Hanoi University of Transport, there has not been any scientific topic addressing this issue.
4. Research object and scope
- The research subjects of the topic are: CB - GV majoring in GTVT
- Scope of research of the topic: Information and Communications Center, Hanoi University of Transport with research time in the current period.
5. Theoretical basis and research methods
The thesis is written on the methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism of Marxist-Leninist philosophy.
Thesis research method:
- TL synthesis analysis method
- Observation and investigation methods
- Statistical analysis and comparison methods
6. The significance of the thesis
The thesis contributes to revealing the nature, content and characteristics of information needs as well as information usage habits of the group of users who are staff and lecturers at the Information and Communication Center of Hanoi University of Transport, and also provides specific and feasible solutions to improve the effectiveness of meeting the increasing information needs of staff and lecturers at the Center, contributing to improving the quality and ability to serve information for the user group who are staff and lecturers at the Information and Communication Centers of universities in the current period.
7. Thesis layout
In addition to the introduction, conclusion, list of references and appendices, the thesis is divided into 3 chapters:
Chapter 1: Overview of Hanoi University of Transport and the activities of the Information Technology Center -
