CONCLUDE

1. Conclusion

The application of IT in teaching Literature has created a modern, highly interactive educational environment; stimulating students' interest and ability to remember, perceive, and think, helping teachers easily search, access, and exploit multimedia resources suitable for teaching Literature at secondary school level.

The content of IT application in teaching Literature in secondary schools includes: preparing lesson plans using specialized editing software; Teachers use multimedia support software to edit photos, create videos, and stories with images; Teachers apply IT in data mining through search engines on the internet or searching on lecture library websites; Teachers apply IT to participate in online courses on teaching Literature. The content of IT application management in teaching Literature in secondary schools includes planning, organizing implementation, directing implementation, and checking and evaluating the implementation of the plan.

Factors affecting the management of IT application in teaching Literature in secondary schools include: Management capacity of managers; Professional capacity of teachers; Awareness of managers and Literature teachers; IT infrastructure...

The management of IT application in teaching Literature in secondary schools in Thai Nguyen city has achieved certain results. Teachers have used IT tools in class with a large number of students and combined the use of blackboards, chalk, rulers, etc. to help make the lessons lively, attractive and appealing to students. The managers of secondary schools have paid attention to instructing teachers to apply IT in teaching. The managers and teachers are always aware of and seriously implement the work of fostering and improving their qualifications and capacity according to the plan of the Department of Education and Training of Thai Nguyen city. The schools also actively participate in emulation movements and competitions in applying IT in teaching on the internet.

However, a number of teachers have not regularly applied IT in teaching and teaching management, partly due to limited IT skills and the inability to grasp and access new software in a timely manner. Some teachers have not really taken the initiative to design lesson plans using IT, but still rely on online resources or available lectures from colleagues, and have not really taken the initiative to update support software and new applications in lesson design. In recent years, although schools have focused on investing in infrastructure and applying IT in teaching activities, there are still some suburban schools that have not really modernized their facilities.

To improve the effectiveness of IT application management in teaching Literature in secondary schools in Thai Nguyen city, it is necessary to implement the following measures well:

Measure 1: Organize the development of a plan to apply information technology to improve the quality of teaching Literature.

Measure 2: Organize training to improve teachers' qualifications, skills in exploiting and using information technology infrastructure in teaching Literature.

Measure 3: Direct the development of a management plan for applying IT to teaching Literature.

Measure 4: Mobilize educational forces to invest in facilities and information technology equipment for secondary schools.

Measure 5: Directing the enhancement of emulation and reward activities to encourage teachers to apply information technology in teaching Literature.

The above five measures are closely related and support each other, so they need to be implemented synchronously when implemented. The results of the expert opinion poll show that all measures are considered necessary and feasible, and can be applied in practice in secondary schools in Thai Nguyen city.
