Research on the model of Vietnam-Czech friendship labor cultural clubs associated with tourism culture

Club activities are associated with many top achievements.

- Poetry Club: A group of people who love art, especially poetry, and also love to travel. They write poetry collections to praise their homeland, praise the heroic revolutionary tradition, and also to express their own feelings. To serve that writing, they have organized many trips to beautiful lands to create inspiration for writing, so there have been works with high achievements such as: First prize for the work of the youth of Tien Phong Newspaper (Do Tri, Vu Thu Huyen), first prize for the Nguyen Binh Khiem Literature Award (Vu Thuy Hong), etc.

- As one of the few earliest hobby clubs, along with the establishment of the Vietnam-Czech Friendship Labor Cultural Palace, up to now, the Poetry Club has been operating and growing for 21 years. Through different stages, the Club has always been maintained, stood firm, developed, contributing to the overall achievements of the Cultural Palace. At the same time, it has significantly contributed to the general cultural and artistic movement of the city. This is a trusted address, gathering and gathering people from all different classes who love poetry. In addition to the common characteristics of Poetry Clubs, the unique feature of the Poetry Club of the Vietnam-Czech Friendship Labor Cultural Palace is that the Club is not only a movement, but also combines popularization and improvement; therefore, the quality of poetry is set as a necessary criterion for each member participating in activities. From this place, many members have grown up, becoming the backbone of the Hai Phong poetry movement, some individuals have also promoted influence throughout the country. Since its establishment, nearly 30 members have joined the City Literature and Arts Association, and 4 authors have become members of the Vietnam Writers Association. It can be said that this is the only club that has done this. After 21 years of operation, there have been more than a hundred members participating. There are cases of additions, and cases of discontinuation for various reasons, but the general trend is that the number of members is increasing.

The number of participants is still increasing, even in many cases of health limitations, geographical distance still diligently overcome all difficulties to participate in activities. It can be said that this is a useful playground for those who are passionate about poetry, culture, tourism, not only a place to exchange about writing, literary criticism, but also a place to send the soul, feelings of members, regardless of age, class, level, sharing joys and sorrows in daily life. Every month, on the first Friday evening, the Club holds regular activities, with information about literature and art, introducing new works of many members, participating in contributing opinions on member poetry, preparing for upcoming activities. On necessary occasions, holidays, meaningful anniversaries, the Club organizes exchanges, poetry programs, or poetry and music, and participates in common activities organized by the Cultural Palace. The Club has taken the initiative to publish a collection of compositions, regularly every quarter, posting new compositions of members, introducing poems of friends, cultural and artistic information, labor movement activities, activities of clubs of the Cultural Palace and many other places, along with other useful sections. Gradually, later, the collection of compositions was upgraded, expanded, and became meaningful as a magazine of the Cultural Palace, but the Poetry Club is still the core, and this initiative has been gradually learned and applied by many places, initially originating from the Poetry Club of the Cultural Palace. Almost every year in the past, the Club published a collection of poems, selecting poems of Club members, which were recognized as having relatively high quality. Many Club members published their own poetry collections, up to now, there are up to several dozen collections, including a collection of poems that won an award from the National Committee of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations.

The above results were achieved first of all thanks to the enthusiastic contributions of the majority of members, solidarity, unity, and response to the common work, along with the support and creation of favorable conditions by the Board of Directors of the Cultural Palace and the Professional Department.

- Karatedo Club: A gathering place for people who are interested in Karatedo, members join the club to exchange, learn and improve their professional skills. They work hard and enthusiastically, so they have achieved many outstanding achievements such as: Training dozens of grandmasters, level 1, coaches, and national referees. In particular, athlete Dang Hong Nhung won a gold medal at the Southeast Asian Karatedo Championship, 2 gold medals at the Seagames, athlete Dao Thi Thanh Tu won a gold medal at the Kobe Osaka World Karatedo Championship in 2004, and a gold medal at the 2004 National Championship.

- Aesthetic gymnastics club: Is the cradle for discovering and training beauties to achieve the titles of beauty queen, beauty queen, runner-up, and runner-up. - Sports Cycling Club: Gathering members who are interested in cycling and also love traveling, they often meet to organize cycling trips, participate in city and national cycling races and achieve achievements: First prize for the whole group, first prize for the men's team, women's team, first prize for the men's individual, second prize for the women's individual in the Hai Phong City Television Cup cycling race in 2004 and 2008.

- Fitness Club: Is a place where people who want to stick with fitness gather, so they have worked enthusiastically, wholeheartedly and achieved many great results: Second prize of National Elegant Youth Nguyen Hong Quan, 1 national bronze medal (Doan Phuc), 2 gold medals, 3 silver medals, 6 bronze medals of Hai Phong city.

- Former football players club: Is a place for members who love football. It can be said that football brings them useful hours of fun and also brings them significant achievements thanks to their best efforts in matches: 1 first prize, 2 second prizes of National Veterans.

- Photography and fine arts club: A center for members to express their creativity through beautiful frames and unique paintings. Over the years, many members of the Hai Phong City Literature and Arts Association have won national, regional and city awards.

- Cultural tourism club: In the past 6 years, club members have participated seriously, actively, enthusiastically, and organized many tours.

The activity plans have always closely followed the program of direction and assistance of the Cultural Palace, have truly expanded and connected the arms of friendship between members, and are worthy of being a place for members to meet and share experiences with each other.

In the current period, clubs are increasingly formed and developed, but the hobby clubs of the Cultural Palace are always the trusted choice of each person. The clubs under the management and direction of the Cultural Palace should operate in a more disciplined, scientific and effective manner, bringing members many benefits in culture, sports, tourism, communication skills, and production work experience.

The Cultural Palace has specific measures to build and manage Club groups and specialized members of all kinds such as: Club groups

about culture and arts, professional clubs, social education clubs, clubs for arts and sports enthusiasts... all clubs are actively operating and meeting the increasing needs of the people.

Strengths of the clubs :

Clubs always identify specific directions of operation to attract more members and also seek outstanding individuals to train and participate in large-scale competitions and programs, achieving high achievements.

Compared to other cultural palaces in Hai Phong such as the Children's Cultural Palace and the Youth Cultural Palace, the activities of the Vietnam-Czech Friendship Labor Cultural Palace Club are based on high voluntariness, participating in mass activities together, gathering all classes to participate and being ready to listen to members' opinions to find the best ways to develop the club to become stronger.

Besides, the clubs always promote the creativity of members, encourage members to learn about the unique cultural values of regions across the country.

Actively promote self-management and coordinate activities in accordance with the interests and aspirations of members to establish a club that brings many values and promotes the capacity of each individual.

It can be said that, compared to other cultural palaces in Hai Phong, the Viet Tiep Friendship Labor Cultural Palace attracts the most enthusiastic and numerous participants, the coefficient of clubs is also more and the types of hobby clubs are more diverse to best meet the needs of all classes of people.

On the other hand, compared to the formation process, the Hanoi Friendship Cultural Palace was established on September 1, 1985, with an area of 3.2 hectares with many large buildings, a total of 120 rooms but still limited in scope of operation, this place is only a place to participate in performances serving important programs, clubs were established.

The newly established Viet Tiep Labor Friendship Cultural Palace has only attracted a few classes of people and mostly serves major historical and political events. Compared to the Viet Tiep Labor Friendship Cultural Palace, it can be said that the activities of the Viet Tiep Palace have highly met the needs of the working people. The clubs are also more diverse in all types of interests. Established since 1989, the Viet Tiep Labor Friendship Cultural Palace is like a common home for many classes of working people to participate in entertainment, study and cultivate sports culture.

Investigations show that member groups have increasingly close relationships with the Cultural Palace and they have actively built the activities of the Cultural Palace to become more diverse and attractive.

The activities of the Cultural Palace are of great significance to the people of Hai Phong, specifically:

 Although not directly participating in clubs for regular activities at the cultural palace, the majority of working people still actively and enthusiastically respond to cultural, sports and tourism programs, thereby contributing to raising awareness of each citizen about many aspects of culture.

Difficulties that need to be overcome. After more than 20 years of construction and development, the Vietnam-Czech Republic Friendship Labor Cultural Palace has achieved great achievements but also encountered difficulties and limitations that need to be overcome.

It can be said that the clubs at the Cultural Palace are increasingly developing, meeting the needs and interests of the people, but there are still limitations in the management of the clubs and the number of active members in recent years has increased a lot but not commensurate with the available potential strengths, so we must actively attract more people to participate to be worthy of the tradition of the Vietnam-Czech Friendship Labor Cultural Palace as a meeting place and exchange place for the working people of Hai Phong.

The number of clubs is growing and attracting all classes to participate, but there is no connection between the clubs, no cultural, artistic, sports and tourism exchanges, the clubs only operate separately and monotonously in their own models, but since the Cultural Tourism Club was established and has been operating for more than 5 years, it has been like a glue that binds the clubs together, they join tours together to have fun and entertainment, find comfort after stressful working hours and at the same time learn more about the culture of the regions of the nation.

Currently, clubs operate with their own functions and interests, but also intertwine with cultural and tourism needs such as: actively cultivating and exchanging cultural and historical knowledge, exchanging experiences on issues in daily life, and at the same time participating together in trips to the source, eco-tourism or rural tourism, cultural tourism to learn and explore the unique features of the homeland's landscape.

Club activities are still spontaneous and membership management is not strict due to the lack and unevenness of professional staff.
