Based on this potential, Tien Lang can build a unique tourism industry that is competitive enough with other localities within Hai Phong city and neighboring areas.
In recent years, the exploitation of the advantages of resources to develop tourism and build tourist routes in Tien Lang has not been commensurate with the available potential. In terms of quantity, many resource objects have not been brought into the purpose of tourism development. In terms of time, the regular service time has not been extended to attract more visitors. Infrastructure and technical facilities are still weak. The labor force is still thin and weak in terms of expertise. Tourism programs and routes have not been organized properly, the exploitation content is still monotonous, so it has not attracted many visitors. Although resources have not been mobilized much for tourism development, they are facing the risk of destruction and degradation.
2. Based on the results of investigation, analysis, synthesis, evaluation and selective absorption of research results of related topics, the thesis has proposed a number of necessary solutions to improve the efficiency of exploiting tourism resources in Tien Lang such as: promoting the restoration and conservation of tourism resources, focusing on investment and key exploitation of ecotourism resources, strengthening the construction of infrastructure and tourism workforce. Expanding forms of capital mobilization. In addition, the thesis has built a number of tourist routes of Hai Phong in which Tien Lang tourism resources play an important role.
Exploiting Tien Lang tourism resources for tourism development is currently facing many difficulties. In Vietnamese poetry, there are not many people who can do what Luu Quang Vu did. He wrote a lot, but it was not published. Knowing that, he still wrote. Accepting the fact that his poems were rejected, he still wrote as a personal need, a need to express and share. " I know my poems have not been published yet, but I always want to write poems... " Wanting to write poems, and writing poems passionately, creating passionate verses, that is truly a gift that Luu Quang Vu has given to life and those who love poetry.
3.2. How to perceive life
Passion also becomes a prism when Luu Quang Vu comes to this life and recreates it in poetry. Being sensitive, Luu Quang Vu captures reality through feelings, with his extremely delicate and rich senses. Reading Luu Quang Vu's poetry, it feels like this person always opens all his senses to perceive the scenery, life through all his feelings, all his vibrations.
Right in the first exciting years, Luu Quang Vu knew how to lead readers into a magical space right in the middle of the mundane life of a " Garden in the City " where readers can hear a symphony of images, colors (almost all seven colors of the rainbow converge in this poem), sounds (birds chirping, train whistles, rain, singing...), smells and touches that hit all the senses:
Purple flowers, chirping birds, sparsely leafed banyan trees in the sun... Round, plump fruit with growing sap
In this verse, vitality is most intense, full and complete with very suggestive adjectives "round, full, plump, fertile"... Then in that garden, everything is both dreamy, unreal, and sexy in romantic images of love with "gentle, moist lips ", vibrant brown skin, and the last image is " You are as cool as summer fruit ". That sincere yet equally sexy and attractive comparison shows the way of observing and feeling life of a person who is full of youth, a fresh heart with the first vibrations of life.
Not only does Luu Quang Vu open his heart, he also listens very deeply and carefully. Even the most ordinary and familiar sounds can become unique and different:

At the age of 14, Luu Quang Vu showed a special love for painting. When teaching Luu Quang Vu, painter Nguyen Duc Nung often praised Luu Quang Vu for his unique and strange color scheme. He was one of three students he hoped would become a talented painter in the future. When he was in high school, Luu Quang Vu was also more interested in painting than anyone else. Luu Quang Vu's mother, Vu Thi Khanh, recalled that he often carried his easel and wandered around.
