Each office staff in the Company is provided with the necessary equipment to facilitate transactions with customers as well as partners more easily, quickly and effectively. Including equipment such as:

- The computer is connected to the Internet with a Yahoo account, a mobile phone and SIM number, an internal phone line and a direct phone line for each employee of the company.

- Each room is equipped with a printer, fax machine, air conditioner, table and chairs for receiving guests, filing cabinet, hot and cold water dispenser...

The equipment is quite modern along with the neat and clean office layout, creating a cool and comfortable space for customers as soon as they enter the company. The reasonable arrangement of physical equipment in the departments also makes the reception and transaction with customers convenient and quick.

However, besides that, some weaknesses of the company are the deterioration of some equipment and partitions in the room, the simple arrangement of the office. The company has three floors but only two toilets on the first and third floors. This causes inconvenience for customers who have to work on the second floor of the company.

In addition, due to the limited space of the company, while the employees mainly travel by motorbike, a large area is occupied to park their own vehicles, making it difficult for customers to park their vehicles and affecting the aesthetics of the entrance.
