3.2.2.3. Conditions for implementing measures

The school board needs to have a specific plan and timely direction to the professional team to integrate medical ethics education content into appropriate subjects and modules with related content.

Teachers need to be trained in integrated teaching skills and the ability to flexibly use teaching methods appropriately.

3.2.3. Organize diverse forms of medical ethics education for students through extracurricular activities.

3.2.3.1. Objectives of the measure

The aim of this measure is to enrich the forms of medical ethics education for students. Through extracurricular educational activities, the content of medical ethics education is conveyed to students in a flexible and attractive way, stimulating students' interest in participating.

Supplement and supplement knowledge that students have not learned in regular classes while also training students in communication skills and teamwork skills.

3.2.3.2. Content of measures

It is necessary to organize a variety of forms of medical ethics education for students through extracurricular educational activities:

Activities are time-based, interspersed with daily, weekly, monthly classroom study plans and summer activities.

Activities based on major anniversaries in the school year celebrate major holidays such as Vietnamese Doctors' Day (February 27), Uncle Ho's birthday, and the founding day of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Can be organized on a school-wide scale, in each class, each faculty, each student group, by gender or individual education for each student.

There are activities that are organized regularly throughout the year, but there are also activities that are organized at appropriate times, perhaps even after each cycle.

Develop rich, lively extracurricular activities that are suitable for medical ethics education for students:

- Build a media room.

- Provide situations about interacting with patients and colleagues for students to solve situations and gain experience.

- Establish student self-management club.

- Organize a contest to learn about the ethical qualities of medical staff and the medical ethics of seniors.

- Organize students to participate in charity activities and blood donation

3.2.3.3. How to implement the measure

Organizing NGLL activities to educate medical ethics for students is divided into two groups: regular activities and irregular activities.

* Regular activities include:

- Building a media room in the school: The media room is a place to provide and store information and documents on medical ethics education.

Assign personnel to establish the Executive Board and Advisory Board.

Invest in preparing documents and equipment: books, newspapers, magazines, pictures, video tapes and discs, screens, computers, video players, tables and chairs, etc.

The Executive Board and the Advisory Board of the Media Department can, through the radio news broadcast during every break time or through the school's website, propagate and disseminate to students in the school contents related to medical ethics education such as the guidelines and policies of the Party and State on training medical staff, requirements on the ethical qualities of medical staff as prescribed by the Ministry of Health, or the views on medical ethics from the past to the present of great people, or shining examples of "good doctors like mothers".

- Organizing a self-governing student club, this is a form of collective activity organized, managed and operated by students under the guidance of an advisory board.

consultants (including professional consultants who are experienced and enthusiastic teachers and organizational consultants who are the Board of Directors, the School Youth Union Executive Committee, and the Student Association).

- Broadcast propaganda at the student dormitory. In conjunction with the dormitory management board and the Youth Union, regularly organize activities such as checking and marking competitions between rooms in the dormitory and through weekend radio programs at the dormitory to propagate medical ethics education content for students. At the same time, cultural and artistic exchange activities can be organized at the dormitory to create a healthy living environment for students.

Groups of irregular activities can be organized in front of the whole school during the first meeting of the week, or organized in combination with a certain anniversary (such as Vietnamese Doctors' Day February 27, the founding day of the Communist Party, Uncle Ho's birthday, etc.) or organized into separate competitions, or can also be organized by class or faculty.

3.2.3.4. Conditions for implementing measures

School boards need to pay attention and invest in facilities and funding for extracurricular educational activities.

There needs to be attention and coordination between organizations and groups inside and outside the school.

Extracurricular activities must be appropriate to the characteristics and conditions of the school and locality.

3.2.4. Closely coordinate with internship facilities in training vocational skills and professional ethics for school students.

3.2.4.1. Objectives of the measure

The school closely coordinates with internship facilities to foster knowledge and professional skills for students. At the same time, through practical experience, the school and internship facilities need to form a sense of self-improvement of medical ethics in students.

3.2.4.2. Content of measures

The special feature of the learning process of students at the Medical College is that at the end of the first year, they will have a clinical internship at the hospital for one session and study theory at school for one session. In the third year, before graduating, students will have the opportunity to participate in an internship at hospitals, medical centers or commune health stations for about two months. This is a favorable condition for students to experience reality and gain experience for themselves in both professional skills and behavioral skills in professional situations. If the school cooperates well with the internship facility, it will effectively promote the training of medical skills and medical ethics for students. During the clinical internship and pre-graduation internship, students will be "hand-held" by medical staff at the internship facility, that is, specifically and specifically instructed in each professional skill. At the same time, students will clearly see the positive and negative aspects of the real working environment, situations that occur during work, good examples and bad manifestations in practicing medical ethics.

The school needs to have a master plan for each clinical internship and a specific plan for each group of specialized students and each internship facility. From there, there is a division of labor and coordination between educational forces such as homeroom teachers,

Clinical management teachers, doctors who directly instruct students at internship facilities... participate in educating medical ethics for students.

3.2.4.3. How to implement the measure

- Right from the beginning of each school year and each semester, the school needs to have a specific plan for clinical practice sessions.

- The school needs to clearly define the roles and assign specific tasks to units, teachers, and doctors who participate in guiding the clinical practice process of students in the work of educating medical ethics for students. Each teacher and medical staff themselves need to be a shining example of medical ethics for students to learn from.

- When working with the Board of Directors at internship facilities, schools need to emphasize medical ethics education for students as a goal that must be achieved during the internship guidance process for students and as the training responsibility of the internship facility.

- At each weekly meeting at the internship facility, teachers and doctors directly instructing students need to summarize and evaluate the results of the internship and training of students in the internship group in the previous week. From there, measures can be taken to remind, intervene, and promptly adjust students who show signs of medical ethics deviation.

- Ensure regular, continuous and close two-way communication between the school and the internship facility.

3.2.4.4. Conditions for implementing measures

Schools and internship facilities need to pay attention, coordinate closely and invest in human resources, time and facilities for students' clinical internship.

3.2.5. Directing the coordination of medical ethics education for students between school, family and society

3.2.5.1. Objectives of the measure

In the current socialization of education, the coordination of three educational forces: school, family and society is a factor promoting the development of

Vietnam Education. In order to ensure effective educational coordination, the school must create a close, unified, and consensual relationship among all three educational environments. Thereby creating a combined strength in the process of educating medical ethics for students of Thai Nguyen Medical College.

3.2.5.2. Content of measures

Uncle Ho once said: "No matter how good education in schools is, if there is a lack of education in the family and in society, the results will not be complete" . Therefore, it is necessary to mobilize forces from society to participate in education work.

Family is the living environment, the lifelong educational environment of each person, the basic and first cradle to form each person's personality.

School is the main educational environment, comprehensive in both capacity and moral qualities. Society is the educational environment with the largest community. The close coordination of the three educational environments will create unity from perception to action; from purpose to content, method, and form of educational organization.

The school needs to direct the combination of the roles of the Board of Directors, Youth Union, Faculty Steering Committee, subject teachers, etc. to unify the goals and plans and implementation steps to create a combined strength between the forces and members of the school in managing medical ethics education for students. These forces always grasp the school's plans and programs of activities on a weekly, monthly, and semester basis .

Build regular two-way communication channels between the school and family, through two-way public activity websites, and through periodic notice books from the school to the family.

3.2.5.3. How to implement the measure

Schools need to thoroughly understand and clarify the roles and responsibilities of educational forces inside and outside the school in educating medical ethics for students through

planning meetings at the beginning of the school year, beginning of the semester or meetings with social organizations, local authorities.

Develop plans and regulations for coordinating medical ethics education for students between the school and forces such as: Student Association, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, student families, local authorities, local medical centers, etc.

Schools need to regularly monitor and promptly respond to students' learning and training results to parents.

Regularly maintain meetings and activities between the school and social organizations such as the police, district military, civil defense groups, etc., especially those where students rent accommodation, to promptly grasp the situation and evaluate the learning and training results of students.

The school needs to coordinate with the People's Committee of the ward and the local police to organize commitment signing ceremonies, build a healthy lifestyle for students, and disseminate knowledge to students to prevent social evils.

The school needs to coordinate with other medical schools in the area or in neighboring provinces to exchange experiences in medical ethics education for students.

3.2.5.4. Conditions for implementing measures

Schools need to be active and proactive in implementing educational socialization work in the area where they are located.

Schools and society work together to build a healthy educational environment: Schools work with local authorities and competent agencies to eliminate and control unhealthy entertainment venues in areas where schools are located and where the community where students live.

Ensure adequate operating costs and facilities for activities such as meetings, seminars, workshops, etc.

It is always necessary to ensure regularity, continuity and timeliness among relevant organizations and forces, in order to promptly grasp and educate the children.
