- In recent years, the development of human resources in the province has achieved many encouraging results such as: increasing in quantity and quality along with capital, management and technology contributing more and more to economic growth; increasing income, improving the lives of workers, contributing to significantly improving the proportion of trained workers in the total human resources.

- Besides the achievements, the process of training and using human resources of the province still has many shortcomings such as: human resource development is not commensurate with the development potential of the province; inadequacies in training and allocation cause waste, trained workers have not promoted their creativity.

- The thesis presents viewpoints and objectives. On that basis, find solutions based on the guiding viewpoints and orientations of human resource objectives of Binh Duong province until 2020.

With the research results of the thesis, in the process of innovation and development of human resources in the country in general and Binh Duong province in particular, there are still many new issues that need to be further researched and improved, which is an urgent requirement. The author hopes that the thesis: " Developing human resources in the process of industrialization and modernization of Binh Duong province from 2011 to 2020" will contribute to the development goals of the province in the coming time. However, with limited capacity and time, the thesis is certainly not without shortcomings. We look forward to receiving comments from scientists so that the thesis can be fully supplemented in terms of theory and practice for the thesis./.
