CONCLUDE
Through studying theoretical issues on credit for students of the People's Credit Fund of Nghe An province, I can draw some conclusions as follows:
Credit for students of the Social Policy Bank is a correct policy of the Party and the State, showing profound significance, helping poor, near-poor, and disadvantaged households significantly reduce financial costs, ensuring good implementation of the State's policy of not letting any student who passes the university, college, or vocational training drop out of school due to financial difficulties. Loan capital has been focused on the Social Policy Bank, an important link in the process of innovation and international integration. The Social Policy Bank of Nghe An province has implemented the State's policies and regulations in accordance with appropriate methods, bringing about economic, political, and social efficiency.
Student credit loans have been entrusted by the Nghe An Provincial Bank for Social Policies through 04 socio-political organizations (Farmers' Association, Women's Association, Veterans' Association, Youth Union), and the supervision of local Party committees and authorities at all levels has effectively managed student credit loans. Student credit loans of the Nghe An Provincial Bank for Social Policies have socialized credit activities and employed tens of thousands of people to participate in policy credit lending.
The thesis has outlined the work of student credit management, specifically applied to the People's Credit Bank of Nghe An province, the thesis has evaluated the results of credit management for students in Nghe An province. After more than 8 years of lending credit to students, the People's Credit Bank of Nghe An province has had a scale of 8,111 savings and credit groups, the loan capital has covered all villages and hamlets in Nghe An province, invested in more than 111 thousand students to go to school, with a balance of 2,212 billion VND of outstanding debt.
Besides the results achieved over 8 years of student credit management of the Social Policy Bank of Nghe An province, there are still limitations due to the lending mechanism.
Student credit, coordination of entrusted social organizations, loan management of Savings and Credit Groups in some places is not effective, the organizational management model of the Social Policy Bank of Nghe An province is not complete compared to the reality that needs to be set out.
From now until 2020, the Nghe An Provincial Bank for Social Policies needs to complete its operational network, focus on implementing well the capital management work for entrusted social-political organizations, improve the quality of capital management of the Savings and Credit Group, diversify inspection work on many channels, improve the quality of staff, maintain the transfer of policy credit activities to the transaction points of the Commune People's Committee to create conditions for people to access credit capital in the shortest way, link social policy credit with the participation of local Party committees and authorities to improve the effectiveness of credit management of the Nghe An Provincial Bank for Social Policies in the coming time.
Although I have tried my best, due to limited time and ability, my thesis cannot avoid shortcomings. I look forward to receiving comments from scientists and those interested in this topic to further improve my thesis.
